Flexx Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 I don't really remember films that well. I see them, enjoy them and then forget about them. Don't think there is one that stands out, but any film with Adam Sandler in is usually quality.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 Get the Band of Brothers Book, Saving Private Ryan is based on an incident that happened to members of Easy Company Very loosely! And £60 is still pretty decent value for something that good. I wouldn't be too upset!
Dr The Singh Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 Yeah, it was only mildly based on an actual incident but the Film would have been far less dramatic if they had just found the bloke and put him on a plane. I dunno, I would still watch it!!!!

Anger Management is also worth a shout. And Happy Gilmore was good when I was younger. That's brought another idea for a new thread. Best Actors GET IT DONE!
MikeyT Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 I thought the story was a bit stupid.Have you seen 'Band of Brothers'? I know it's not a film but it's pretty much the same people responsible for it and I think that's outstanding, and a true story of course. One of the best things I've ever seen on the telly box Absolutely fantastic Programme! The same creators are bringing another one out next year called The Pacific! Cant wait to see it! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0374463/
Alexikokopops Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 I haven't no but it does sound like something I should watch really.I'll have a look round on amazon/ebay to see what I can pick up. The box set turns up in the HMV sale from time to time. It's usually between £15 and £20 but it's been as little as a tenner. Not bad for six discs £14.99 with free delivery Remember kids, FindDVD is your friend
