Look at dowies record and ollies record i would bet you that olllies record is a lot better than dowie though dowie has been in the premiership but then took Crystal Palace back down and at charlton he did nothing only bing it rubbish players. I really hope not! If all these outsiders are in the know, the whole playimng staff know as does Holloway. What kind of positive thoughts will that create for Sunday?
