I belong to an era where prospective employers weren't quite so obsessed with paper qualifications.

Managing/coaching jobs came about through results, either winning things or producing players.

Anyway I imagine Levein, Kelly and Holloway all have badges, though I'm not certain what's compulsory for below Premiership football.

But, judging by that list, are you saying they prove anything?

dowie has to be the next manager he will get in experienced leaders like arjan de zeeuw and michael hughes he will also get rid of the deadwood like howard, ngotty, oakley, henderson and the pathetic loanees. Apparently he is already plotting a move for Andy Bishop and campbell ryce who is out of contract this summer.
