What did Sheehan exactly say on facebook ?

he said that he turned down a 3 year deal, it was time to leave and wanted to leave, said fallen out with to many people at leicester and was time for a change but hoped we didn't go down

Sheehan won't sign that, I remember reading he's loving life under Gary McAllister and if they go up he's unlikely to want to drop back down a league.

Louis Dodds and the others may get new contracts but could still be farmed out to other clubs on loan.

As much as I hope we get out of this league as Leicester Academy FC, there's a nagging doubt in my head that by August we'll have a squad full of journeymen again.

A little bit sad to see Elvis leave thought he could of done a job for us in league 1, however much i have slated him over the past few years!

Don't think shush will stay, but it does concern me we're offering him a contract, implies Mattock is on his way!!!

Not neccessarily, with Clapham gone we have no back up for Mattock.

Leeds result tonight will mean he's loving it a bit more.

Who said anything about supporting these teams.

I only have one club mate, that is city!!

Let me explain this to you, because you seem to be bothered by this:

So just for you my dearest:

1) Barcelona, because i have been visiting the Nou Camp for the last 6 years and have always FOLLOWED them

2) Zenit St Petersberg because i have admired there football throughout this tournement, i have FOLLOWED a lot of there games through my excellent chipped satalite reciever (don't tell the russians, i will be had for spying)

3) Juventus because my missus is a Juve fan, so obviously i have a soft spot for them

So there you go, plain and simple, next time i might ask you how often do you get to watch City?? :scarf:

But i am not as concerned as much as you!!

don't remember being 'concerned' or 'bothered' or  - in fact, if memeory serves me well, it was a joke - hence the reference to blue****inpeter :giggle: ... so, calm it down just a little

oh, and naturally i don't to watch city often, the single drawback to not lliving in england, but if you are trying to cast doubt over my loyalty, i've been going since 1979 and was a season ticket holder up until the day i left... :scarf:

Why would ANYONE make a fake Alan She ehan on facebook?

WHY?

He's hardly famous.

In fact i :D when i seen the Blue Peter reference... Something i would have said myself!!

I respect all city fans on here, its one big family, we all love the same thing!! CITY!!! :scarf:

All my love to the Valerenga Foxes.....

Edit: I just noticed you reside in OSLO.... somewhere i might be visiting with the missus next year....

I wonder what Anneka Rice is doing these days?

Actually, no I don't. She's not doing it on the TV and that's good enough for me.

She lives in Barnes in south west London. I saw her getting off the bus the other day with her kids. She told me to say hi to TPH. Lucky you mentioned her or I might have forgotten

Foxes Release Six

Posted on: Thu 15 May 2008

Leicester City have today confirmed that they will not be offering new contracts to six members of their first team squad.

Alan Maybury, Rab Douglas, Elvis Hammond and Jamie Clapham (Pictured) have all been handed free transfers.

The club will not be taking up the option to extend the contracts of Gabor Bori and Zsolt Laczko.

Leicester City would like to place on record their thanks to all six players.

New contracts have been offered to Ryan Beswick, Louis Dodds, Alan Sheehan, Billy McKay, Carl Pentney and Joe Magunda while Scott Garner and Lee Cox have been offered their first professional contracts.

if any of those 6 would have been retained or offered new contracts you would have to wonder.

cant say my knowledge of any of the youngsters is extensive but i hope sheehan signs for another year. he started the season well enough in my eyes before being ousted for the likes of clapham. he and mattock . if joe stays (unlikely), should be nurtured together.

Sheehan has been amazin for leeds this year so is gud we've got him back.

At least we've started gettin rid of sum of the players holdin us back. Now hopefully we can bring a couple in n keep our main players. We should be fine next year if we manage that
