Very good album. Haven't listened to it myself for a few years though now, more into my rock stuff these days. Were you just after Dance type stuff? I could be wrong here but i think Blue States are similar to Zero 7?? Hang on...try this:

Nationwider Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Although some of his stuff is a bit esoteric, Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works 1985-1992 is a brilliant and very accessible chillout album. Boards Of Canada's Music Has The Right To Children is also a favourite of mine. If you enjoyed Simple Things, Zero 7's When It Falls is good as well. If you're into Zero 7, some of the early Morcheeba records are worth a shufty too, as is Blue Lines by Massive Attack.

Haha, yes, lots... you could try Sia's own albums (she's the female vocalist on Destiny and Distractions from Simple Things) - I'd recommend Colour The Small One. Her recent album Some People Have Real Problems has been recommended to me too, but I've not yet checked it out yet. Or... Someone mentioned Morcheeba - good shout - Big Calm remains their best, imo. The solo offering from their vocalist - Mind How You Go by Skye Edwards - always reminds me of Zero7's stuff too. Thievery Corperation are bloody amazing - my top recommendation if it's chillout you're after. They've done lots of mixes - with varied results - but check out The Mirror Conspiracy first - sublime. Beth Gibbons' Out of Season (vocalist with Portishead) is beautifully haunting in more folky kinda way. It's not to everyone's taste as it is inclined to be a tad too melancholic - but quality none-the-less. I think someone (JTB, probably - I can't be arsed to check back) mentioned Kruder & Dorfmeister. Yes, good one! Oh and a recent one that's surprised me loads - Seventh Tree by Goldfrapp. Very summery, very If you like any of these and want more suggestions gimme a shout. Lots more recommendations along these lines.
