I voted for Davies, but that was because I want him here, not because I think he'll come here.

Realistically, I haven't a clue, and neither does anybody else. All this waiting around is doing my head in. As was waiting for every Saturday afternoon to come around, hoping that the next win, or next back to back win, was possible.

I'm fed up of waiting.

Peronally I hope we opt for someone who hasn't been mentioned and we've all never heard of!

Then we'll all have to do some diggin and find out some more about them!

Avram Grant style!!

It'll be Gregory or Mclaren, I've bunged for McLaren in the hope that it's the lesser of two evils.

The thing with McLaren is that he took Boro to respectable finishes in the top flight, got them to a UEFA final when they needed to score four goals and did and generally managed a middle of the road club pretty well. Of course he got some of his tactics wrong but every manager does that. Chelsea fans say that Mourinho often turned a game with good substitutions but if he'd got his team & tactics right to begin with, he wouldn't have needed the subs to rescue him.

I hope I'm surprised and it's an unexpected, exciting appointment but I don't trust Mandaric to get it right. Monday will be a shocker seeing the fixtures and Tuesday will be a let-down seeing the new boss.

It's likely to be someone who hasn't even been mentioned, that's the normal way of things with Mr M

Now that Ince has definately been ruled out and Blackpool have stonewalled our approach for Grayson I'd still like to see my other top three choice manager Davies as next gaffer.... but I have a horrible feeling we'll end up with Gregory >_<

You feel the same as me!

I just have a gut feeling John Gregorys got it, i so hope im wrong!

It's got to be Grayson. He seems keen to come here and I've no doubt he'd do a solid job for us.

Regardless of what went wrong with Martin Allen, the young and hungry attitude seemed to be paying off. Some good new ideas and an inspiration to certain members of the squad. I think with Grayson, we could have this. He's already got friends within the club, I think he wants the job as well.

I hope Milan can see this, I'm still trying to convince myself that Gregory isn't an option. But with Mandaric, you never know.

Didnt it say yesterday that its a big English name in terms of managerial experience. Unfortunately i wouldnt think he would have been referring to Grayson in that context. :(

Peter Reid. Oooh Peter Reid.

I'd feel sorry for Grayson if he took the job.

Gregory would probably send me to go and support another club. Like MK Dons or chelsea

I dreamt that Worthington came back. It was strange because I didn't think much of him the first time but in my dream I was praising him, saying how I'd be well happy to see him come back. Maybe it was a sign.
