isaidno Posted 20 June 2008 Posted 20 June 2008 I want to buy a new console but I'm not sure what to get. I have a PS2 and a Gamecube at the moment and want to upgrade. What's the best - PS3, Wii, or Xbox360 ? , advice please

Xbox 360 has more games and better live and the minute but Playstation are currently sorting the PS3live out, its having a new interface(so i've been told) so it's easier to use, it should look something like Xbox's at the minute when it's finally completed. If you want the console for only you get a PS3 if you want it for more of a family console get a Nintendo Wii.

I just see the Wii as more as a family console because it lets the whole family join in where as the PS3 and 360 are more for the teenagers and adults.

If you're more serious about gaming and are more interested in lifelike raindrops while shooting people then go for the PS3 or Xbox.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 20 June 2008 Posted 20 June 2008 360 everytime. Wider spectrum of games, premium console is cheaper than PS3, online is better, etc. The only reason I'd get a PS3 is for MGS4 and Ratchet and Clank.
