Flynny Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 Just an idea how to pick the squad?Team Manager (If someone decides to manage us) asks another 2 people from this forum to help him/her select the team (Foxestalk board of directors ). The board of directors take the names from the list look at each candidate then put them into the hat, names drawn out of the hat, Players will make the squad if they've played before and a reliable. Newcomers will make the squad if they will deffently be there however if they let us down they should be excluded from the next up comming event, same goes for people who have played in games before? Why not wait until just before first? Just in case there are a lot of dropouts. Not everyone is going to be able to get out of the city and there's not even a definite time yet. Doing extra stuff is fine but it's only necessary if it comes down to it, not right now.

I have already offered my services to help with drawing names out and stuff, it shouldn't be too difficult to sort if someone takes charge. Lets play nicely

Everyone has different ideas on how to do it but when all is said and done there can be only one way picking the squad. The poll will be up till next Wednesday and we'll sort the squad out for the Forest game then. Hopefully we'll have a time and date by then so we'll know whos playing and how to pick them.
