Katy Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Right, I don't know if anyone remembers the Foxes Trust games that Stez, Scowy, Cobbo, SF, myself and some others played in but my 'business' created the shirts (T Shirts) to play in with our team name and numbers etc on. If we are going to take this seriously we want to look the part. What are people's thoughts on me creating a set for the FT team? I'm sure we could come up with a suitable design/wording and then it would eliminate the need to bring in kits from else where. What does everyone think? If it's not a good idea then I won't be offended, just trying to be helpful

Ashley Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 I like this idea Katy. I carnt remember who it was who is on this forum who I said to " If Foxestalk Fc does get serious and we start to play people from around the midlands maybe country, why not ask the club if they could supply us with a kit" never no if you dont ask. Good idea tho Katy
bigneville Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Great idea Katy. I'd get one and might even wear it to some away games.
syston_fox Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Just a quick picture, bit bored you see. Shoot me down if you disagree. Include username and shirt number on the back? That could cost a fortune for some people!!
Ashley Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 I like your idea Tevez. Some decent gets going on pro direct soccer however it orderpends if people would take part in this and how much they want to spend.
Ashley Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Well cut the idea down then. Theres only OriginalRobboFox who's got a long name and Kilworth I guess but you can cut that.Well I just bought my kit from a place in Leicester, some cheap and very decent ones which include the full whack (shirt shorts and socks) Nice. Maybe we could ask people involed with FTFC to chip in with some money then we vote for a kit, or even ask Leicester if they'd supply us with one I doubt they would but you never know if you dont ask.
Katy Posted 16 July 2008 Author Posted 16 July 2008 Ok, don't hijack the thread with other ideas. Just close this one if no one is interested.
Tevez Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Ok, don't hijack the thread with other ideas. Just close this one if no one is interested. Because you've never ever hijacked a thread before. Apoligies, please delete all my posts. (Mods)
Katy Posted 16 July 2008 Author Posted 16 July 2008 Because you've never ever hijacked a thread before. Apoligies, please delete all my posts. (Mods) God it's great being popular. Forget I said anything. Can't do right for doing wrong in this damn place
Cobbo Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Because you've never ever hijacked a thread before. Apoligies, please delete all my posts. (Mods) Chill yer beans son. Katy hand makes these kits which is why she suggested it. Tis something different to the generic kits that you see & that cost a lot more.
Raj Posted 17 July 2008 Posted 17 July 2008 It'll only be a matter of years before the highly succesfull "Foxestalk FC"" overtakes the meagre outfit that is Leicester City FC!!
Hullfox Posted 17 July 2008 Posted 17 July 2008 I think it's a great gesture Katy, I'm not sure that everyone has realised the amount of effort that would be required on your part. Unfortunately though the more successful the forum becomes, the less easy it is going to be for anyone volunteering their services (i.e. you, Bert, Manwell, Mods et al) to please everyone.
syston_fox Posted 17 July 2008 Posted 17 July 2008 One hell of an offer!! Would you find the time to be able to do it?
Katy Posted 17 July 2008 Author Posted 17 July 2008 One hell of an offer!! Would you find the time to be able to do it? I pretty much have a summer of not doing much (apart from making things) until September but basically yes. Obviously it wouldn't be free but it will be as good value as possible. They wouldn't be like a proper football shirt but a little more personal, it depends what everyone is after in regards to kit. Sorry for creating tension the other day by the way, bit pissed off with being ill and took it out on others. My bad

Finnegan Posted 18 July 2008 Posted 18 July 2008 I don't think so. Tough luck, junior. I'm older and I'm calling shotgun.
Milky Posted 18 July 2008 Posted 18 July 2008 We love you Katy; we do! We love you Katy; we do! We love you Katy, we do! ohhhhhh, Katy we love you!
Hullfox Posted 18 July 2008 Posted 18 July 2008 Can I be number 28 please. That's my lucky number as well as my ranking in the picking of squads.
Manwell Pablo Posted 18 July 2008 Posted 18 July 2008 I've just nabbed number 2. Although I don't really know whats going on, is Katy knitting us some cardies or something?
