Ric Flair Posted 7 August 2008 Author Posted 7 August 2008 I gather you're keen then! Not too sure to be honest. I have mixed emotions, but I do think he deserves a positive reception. I think he's still got a lot to offer at this level and I can't help cast my mind back to how good he was for us the first time around. I know I shouldn't, because he's 5 years older and it's not often that players return and have as much success, but then again, why not?

We miss a johnny on the spot, and he certainly is one. I'd rather him be in my team than facing him even at his age.. which means something.

He's had weeks, when did the rumours start? Nice article Ric although I'm pretty ambivalent about his return, a means to an end approach that has spectacularly failed every time it's been tried at LCFC for the last 4/5 years.
