ousefox Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 I went to the York-Leeds game on sunday- Leeds were 3-1 up in the last couple of mins and it ended up 3-3. Wasn't a bad game for a pre-season friendly.
lcfc_jme Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Beckford is Leeds. They'll struggle massively if he ever departs. May take a wage-cut for him to move, though.

ousefox Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Were the Jorvik Reds in good voice? There were actually more Leeds fans there and they are always in better voice away anyway.
lou Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Mate you talk so much breeze. I've never met a Leeds fan that wouldn't trample their own granny to kick the cvnt. I had a look on waccoe and all I can see is a 25 page thread of everyone calling him a cockend apart from one or two lads trying to support him and getting roundly vilified for it. True, all the Leeds fans I know despise the twat. I went to the York-Leeds game on sunday- Leeds were 3-1 up in the last couple of mins and it ended up 3-3. Wasn't a bad game for a pre-season friendly. I was due to go to this game... gutted, bloody Swine flu
weluv Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 was a good match, Aidy White has the worst miss I've ever seen. Most of our lot seemed pretty good, Becks had one disallowed, 3000 leeds fans in a total of 4700. Mike whitwell (who only played as Alan Sheehan was injured in the warmup) scored and looked very good. Next game I'm doing is Grimsby on tuesday.

He used to come to my school.

Whenever I've seen Waccoe, the kicking has usually been done by the pro-Bates brigade. If the majority of posters on there wanted to force him out they could probably so.
Ultra Posted 18 July 2009 Posted 18 July 2009 Two things I've learned from reading Waccoe today. 1) Nelson Mandela (who's 91 today) is an honorary freeeman of Leeds. 2) The Orange Order play "Marching On Together" on their marches (that one's rather less of a surprise..)

Why on earth were you reading WACCOE?
Samilktray Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Enoch has got a massive cock, Enoch, Enoch, Enoch has got a massive cock, Enoch, Enoch, He shagged a woman, now she's dead, He swings his c*ck around his head, Enoch Showunmi, United's 21!
Fosse Boy Posted 11 August 2009 Posted 11 August 2009 Good article about the decline of Lids in FourFourTwo this month.
CosbehFox Posted 11 August 2009 Posted 11 August 2009 I liked too especially the authors's recognition that being in the lower leagues detaches you away from the hype and swagger of the top tier into a level of football where some of the old values still exist. His statement to a Spurs mate in that he'd rather be challenging for promotion in a lower division than constantly swaying between 11th and 7th in the Premier League is representative to how English Football has sadly gone. Whilst sounding silly, once I've done a lot of grounds and seen a lot of things with City. I can manage myself watching Somerset non-league with a dog and pint of home brewed-Cider in years time; more bothered about how Yeovil Farmers Alliance XI got on earlier in the day against Saltash FC in the FA Cup and how the girlfriend of number 7 for Bath Academicals has a super pair of fake tits which I love seeing every time they visit the Oak Tree Arena in Highbridge.
Finchy Posted 13 August 2009 Posted 13 August 2009 I quite like the look of the Leeds BBC page. I bet they love looking at Oakley all smug with his big League trophy
MPH Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 'Championship, you still won't sing' well, you wouldnt know because you wont be going to a championship game this year now will you?
weluv Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 that was from last year at your place. Gone up, beaten us 1-0, and all your supporters walking away like you'd just been relegated.
lou Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 that was from last year at your place. Gone up, beaten us 1-0, and all your supporters walking away like you'd just been relegated. We did our celebrating at Southend when we got promoted! Anyway it wasnt really like that as I recall.... most of us were pretty chuffed at the way we beat you
MC Prussian Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 that was from last year at your place. Gone up, beaten us 1-0, and all your supporters walking away like you'd just been relegated. You obviously weren't there for the Sc'unthorpe game, eh?
MPH Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 that was from last year at your place. Gone up, beaten us 1-0, and all your supporters walking away like you'd just been relegated. thats not like a leeds fan to A: be wrong and B: live in the past.....
CosbehFox Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 that was from last year at your place. Gone up, beaten us 1-0, and all your supporters walking away like you'd just been relegated. We weren't that fussed because we are still not in the division where we belong! We demand the very best! TBH, at 3pm playing Swansea in the Championship, I'd completely forgotten about Leeds.
weluv Posted 15 August 2009 Posted 15 August 2009 whatever, I'm just saying that (it may of course have been your part timers who'd only showed up for this one game) the fans i saw were walking off, near silently, heads down, shoulders hunched. 2000 or so of you in one big group. And yet out 50 leeds fans were still singing hard. I reckon if you'd brought someone in and asked them to guess the score, they'd have said we'd hammered you but TYG. anyway, good luck in the championship, i reckon you'll finish mid table-playoffs-10th sounds about right. Looking forward to an away league trip to you next year, even if your ground's a McStadium the away corner's got decent acoustics.
SystonFox Posted 15 August 2009 Posted 15 August 2009 as said before so many times to the numpty leeds fans who come on this board. you don't get 3 pts for singing, so fook off! come back when you are in our league.
