James. Posted 22 August 2008 Posted 22 August 2008 no such thing as a sh1t fan I know. I was being silly. For me money isn't so much the problem (I have a credit card and I'm an idiot with cash so no excuses really). The problem I have is time. There's always something going on at the weekend. Pretty much every Saturday when i don't have something planned I'll go watch Leicester. Would be interesting to see how much money AND time we spend supporting Leicester over a season.

I would imagine that the thing that keeps you away from the city is a willing and able member of the opposite sex (or same sex depending on you predelictions)
James. Posted 22 August 2008 Posted 22 August 2008 I would imagine that the thing that keeps you away from the city is a willing and able member of the opposite sex (or same sex depending on you predelictions) 1 out of 2. She's certainly able, not always willing.
cecchini Posted 22 August 2008 Posted 22 August 2008 I find a large tadger and the ability to lick one's eyebrows usually does the trick.....

Sparky Posted 22 August 2008 Posted 22 August 2008 Or find a girl who will not only marry you in the close season, but during a year with no World Cup/Euro Championships. Done , june 09
DB11 Posted 22 August 2008 Posted 22 August 2008 So far mine is £0. Got a season ticket but my Dad paid for it and I haven't been to any games or friendlies yet
Joe. Posted 29 September 2008 Posted 29 September 2008 Almost spent as much on food as travel... that's scary.
Tommeh Posted 29 September 2008 Author Posted 29 September 2008 Quick update... Almost forgot this, I'll probs update it after Huddersfield, with my £50 odd quid train Journey to Cheltenham it could be a sorry sight
Floating Fox Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Update... My total is now very close to £600 as well, thats without a bleeding season ticket. 18 Games so far. Most expensive games so far Huddersfield And Leyton both totalling £64 each.
Rich Fox Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Its a waste of time doing this because if you dont watch city u end up spending more going shopping or going to the pub. I take my uncle who claims living disability allowance and there is sod all wrong with him but it means i get a free season ticket for taking him. He got so drunk on a weekend when city were not playing he fell over leaving a pub and broke his arm hes got more money than sence and all us lot are paying for him to get wasted.

Good to hear our taxes are helping the needy. Benefit fraudsters make me sick.
