Played terribly, but scored 3 and got 2 assists, one a backheel through ball, and another soft-touch with my foot around my shoulder-height area, over my head, right to my team mate who touches it home. 3 games, Undefeated, and 8 goals for me.

ousefox Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Start of the new season tomorrow for our team. Came 6th out of 8 last season but that was down to having people in holiday in the summer and only getting use to 5-a-side football. Finished with 4 wins on the trot including beating first and second place. Confident we can win the league and get promoted this season

It will be tough, because only one of our team aren't out on a messy night, cause its been a couple of 18ths celebrated tonight. so that will put us at a disadvantage tomorrow, but hopefully we can!! TBH i think you've got a beter chance of catching the above 2 than us leapfrogging you.

Should win the bottom league next season with this 6. We drew 2-2 in our derby game against Grampus. We must have smashed the woodwork about 4 times though! This includes the one that hit both posts and stay out.

I work with a few of the lads and they confirmed it to me a few weeks ago. I'm hoping to poach a few players I was only briefly watching your game it and you battered them in all fiarness. They scored against the run of play. Grampus and Novices drew 1-1 so Novices win the league, Grampus 2nd and Cadiz 3rd. 2 points between the top 3 teams in the end. I think it will be closer next season as Sweet as a nut look like a handy side. I couldn't buy a goal last night in our 3-1 win. We must have had 50 odd shots!! I got the other 2, so 7 each for the season now! Should absolutely kill the bottom league. Was it you that put the ball over the fence from the edge of the area?!

LL will replace Barnes with a new team (assuming they have one ready) and they'll start in the Prem unless they're re jigging the leagues you are doomed if you finish bottom 2. Back in the day, they would take a look at it and try and do it by talent but LL really do not care. On that subject have just seen the indoor league and now very happy I have pulled my team out and have gone to play for someone else, one league of 10 and one of them is a sh1t points match. That league has been decimated , used to be the most popular in the district with 18 teams and a decent cup comp but the morons at LL have ruined it. Will still keep playing as the leagues pratically next to my house and can't be arsed to go all the way to Whitwick! Team seems to be getting better and hopefully can finish a bit higher this year (not hard given we finished bottom last year!)

I guessted for them and they didnt seeem much worse than you tbh. wasn't happy with that goal one bit! you were just a nuisance all game. And for my team we had a great game/result against the champions 3-2.

And for my team we had a great game/result against the champions 3-2. Yeah, I would compare my performance to that of a mobile Paul Dickov last night. It's going to be a tight league again this year, as not really a great deal between any of the teams.
