Stay Positive Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 glen campbell & chas n dave "Ain't No Pleasing You" is a corking tune, and I've never felt ashamed for loving it.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 3 July 2012 Posted 3 July 2012 I've been listening to Lady in Red by Chris de Burgh recently far too much for a chap of any age. Also been rekindling my love for Motley Crue. HOME SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET HOME.
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 3 July 2012 Posted 3 July 2012 New Romantic stuff like Spandau Ballet or A Flock of Seagulls
The Doctor Posted 4 July 2012 Posted 4 July 2012 Carly Rae Jepson - Call Me Maybe, everything about it screams shit, but it's some catchy shit.
Rocket-Ron Posted 5 July 2012 Posted 5 July 2012 Carly Rae Jepson - Call Me Maybe, everything about it screams shit, but it's some catchy shit. Yeah same as me. I felt the same about Mason a few years ago.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 5 July 2012 Posted 5 July 2012 Yeah same as me. I felt the same about Mason a few years ago. I also like that very much, but I consider all genres to have good bits in them, so I never feel guilty.
The Doctor Posted 5 July 2012 Posted 5 July 2012 I also like that very much, but I consider all genres to have good bits in them, so I never feel guilty. Even Pornogrind?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 5 August 2012 Posted 5 August 2012 I've been listening to ****ing Alanis Morrisette and Hall & Oates too much for my own good recently.
Raw Dykes Posted 5 August 2012 Posted 5 August 2012 I've been listening to ****ing Alanis Morrisette and Hall & Oates too much for my own good recently. I can't think of Alanis Morrisette without thinking of girls with PMT, but I'm definitely with you on Hall & Oates. They wrote some cracking tunes. The Bird & The Bee did a whole album of Hall & Oates covers. If anyone's interested in getting that, try to get the Japanese version - it's got an extra bonus track called 4th of July (which isn't a H&O cover) and it's brilliant. I don't think there's anything guilty about this next one, but as I've just mentioned it, I'll stick it here anyway, I have caught myself enjoying listening to Scritti Politti and Tears For Fears before. I know that's only slightly less shameful than being caught (insert horrifically embarrassing act of your choice), but I can admit it, cos I just don't give a fvck!
Raw Dykes Posted 6 August 2012 Posted 6 August 2012 Scritti Politti are fine! Sorry Trav! Part of me agrees with you, while the other part is ashamed of the other part agreeing.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 6 August 2012 Posted 6 August 2012 One just shot to mind... I don't know if it's the million times I heard it on GTA San Andreas or the short blast of it on one King of the Hill episode, but it's on my Walkman. And I won't remove it!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 7 September 2012 Posted 7 September 2012 I have in my sweaty trotters, a copy of the new Darkness album. I'm very excited
Trav Le Bleu Posted 7 September 2012 Posted 7 September 2012 I have in my sweaty trotters, a copy of the new Darkness album. I'm very excited And you just can't hide it?
Bellend Sebastian Posted 7 September 2012 Posted 7 September 2012 I'm just about containing myself. It's a close run thing, though
