Houdini Logic Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 I'm in! I think Brighton should refund it. I seriously think the case would stand up in court. ''Can you tell us who has scored. Caaaaaan you tell us who has scored.''
syston_fox Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 I seriously think the case would stand up in court. Maybe but then stewards would come along and make us sit down TAXI!
Legend_in_blue Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 I've read lots of posts about travelling down to Brighton and hats off to you. But are people really suggesting that it was colder than Blackpool away last season? No chance! That was £16 a ticket I think and we were all sitting in a shambolic wooden stand. It was absolutely freezing and the food was crap.
PAULCFC Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 Think the Bournemouth fans who made the trip to Luton may have a stronger case. :-)

I'd settle for just a thankyou from the players at the end of the game to be honest and we didn't even get that from most of them!

lildave3 Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 Impossible. Surely? Nope. Bloody freezing I was.
syston_fox Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 Nope. Bloody freezing I was. It wasn't as cold as blackpool though! You didnt even have a proper coat on!
Simi Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 It was a horrible night but a refund is never going to happen and I doubt I'd accept it. I follow the club, not the team and the players. I had a great laugh despite the match and will remember a lot of it as good memories. It was bloody freezing though, however, everyone stood, so who am I to complain.
southy Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 It was colder. Soft northern monkey.Wasn't that cold unless you were one of those knobs who were only wearing replica shirts.
lildave3 Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 It wasn't as cold as blackpool though! You didnt even have a proper coat on! I don't own a proper coat! I had 3 layers on though, and i'm usually warm. And a scarf! And joe's gloves!

I don't want a refund, you pay the money you take the chance. I was proper warm, I don't know what everyone was moaning about. Granted I was constantly jumping up and down for 90 minutes in a vain attempt to break the stand but still.
Katy Posted 29 October 2008 Posted 29 October 2008 <------ Jumping up & down !!!! ;0) I was strapped in good and proper last night, hence the warmness.
