Corky Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 This is going to be a strong punishment, I can see it.
Ric Flair Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 This is going to be a strong punishment, I can see it. There is no punishment, unless the player misses another 2 tests.
Corky Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 There is no punishment, unless the player misses another 2 tests. Sorry, overlooked that bit. Cheers for pointing that out
Fox You Forest Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 My money is on Adams he doesn't look the brightest.
Durnerz Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 How is it a missed test if the player left before the tester arrived not knowing he was meant to have a drugs test? Its like if one of the lads got injured and went off to hospital during a training session or went home ill, does that count as a missed test? Stupid system.
The People's Hero Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 Can't believe one of our players passed us the chance to test some drugs! Sissies!
Munzie Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 from October 1, a new system was introduced whereby players became accountable, particularly when injured or not operating under the same timetable as the rest of the squad. On these occasions, players are obliged to e-mail or phone an FA hotline to explain where they will be for a period of one hour every day. Might as well get them electronically tagged!

CosbehFox Posted 13 November 2008 Posted 13 November 2008 ''The evening before, Leicester had played a match and Nigel Pearson, the manager, had informed his players that if they went to training the next day, the trade-off was that those who arrived early could leave early, too.'' Excellent English displayed by one of the Times' journo's. Hard work reading the article.
