JoeyB Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 Kick-Off Change Posted on: Mon 01 Dec 2008 Leicester City's League One clash against Oldham Athletic, which will be played on Saturday, February 7 2009, will now kick off at 5:20pm. The game was originally due to start at 3pm, but the time has changed to accommodate the SKY TV live cameras. Meanwhile, City have confirmed that they will face Crystal Palace in the third round of the FA Cup at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday, January 3 (3pm). The Foxes were rewarded with a home tie when the draw took place following their 3-2 victory over Dagenham & Redbridge last weekend. O.S.
Corky Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 home or away?? I hope it's at home, considering we've already played them away.
The Stig Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 Good news for me as I am working and therefore couldn't get to the game. Now I get to see it. From a selfish perspective hooray.

Floating Fox Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 At least they did it in advance, unlike 2 weeks before. No complaints from me, I might consider going to this now.

adam Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 Thats good news. Means i dont have to spend money on a ticket and can watch it in town and get drunk. Result.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 I'm going to steal their van because they've ruined football
The Stig Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 From my (selfish) perspective it means I get back home at gone 9pm rather than half 7 Sorry about that But you should still be back for the X Factor results so its not all bad news.
Fox92 Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 I'm going to steal their van because they've ruined football They do ruin football, I mean; Surely Oldham will not bring that many fans - apart from the 'proper' die hards - they mind as well save their money and go to some other game and watch this game on tv. Plus, it is a fairly long journey for them. They won't get home until say 10. Some home fans, like me, do have season tickets but don't live in Leicester, so a one hour trip for me and my dad, meaning we wont get home till gone 8/9. We mind as well watch it at home in the warmth and eat/drink, but then that's a waste of money because we've already paid for the damn season ticket. And if it is a rubbish game just takes the mick. So either way you can't win. I thought it would of been the Leeds game on T.V. home or away not Yeovil away and Oldham at home.

Mickey O'Neil Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 This will be the worst match, ever. 100% agree. We are ALWAYS wank on the telly. Fact. I'm going to steal their van because they've ruined football
Daggers Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 Brilliant, I love this. Sky being at the game is always a guarantee of a quality match.
carterfox90 Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 the ground will be empty & we always play cr#p when sky come to us why cant they just leave us alone
Shrenchel Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 the ground will be empty & we always play cr#p when sky come to us why cant they just leave us alone Yeah fooking sky. They just can't leave the lower leagues alone. Why don't they pump some more money into the prem instead where it's really needed.
MC Prussian Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 The Sky is coming? The End of the World is nigh!!!
