Tools me 3 and a held hours to get home today, apparantly my fiendishly good idea to leave work early at 3:00 also occurred to the rest of the city sat about the same time. Also hear that the only blue light incident was on the A47 Hinckley Road, which I saw and was stuck in. Took an hour to move about 400 yards.

Wank.

Have one. It'll take the edge off.

This weekend I planned to got to the game last night, go for a 10mile run, view some flats, have a night out round my mates and go to the basketball on Sunday.

I have had to cancel ALL of it leaving me stuck out here in the village that time forgot.

The company I work for has sponsored one of the players so I was supposed to go for all of the Laa-dee-dah meet and greet and photo session etc which would be good to put up and work but now ill probably have to send some of the staff who live a bit closer instead.

Need to get some dinner in but don't fancy going out. There is a take away local but no cashpoint near which is the other direction. Just got about enough but not for anything else.

The paths look icy outside but should be better once I get to London Roafd. Hoping my boots are non slip ones. They are the ones I was given when I did some Temp work. Never gave them back. Proper work boots.

The snow's about 4" / 5" deep at the moment and hasn't stopped snowing all morning.

I went out to clear the road this morning but gave up after the area I had just cleared was quickly covered in snow again.

My neighbours are currently having a Snowman War. At the moment one is about 8' tall and the other is about 7'.
