Unbearable.

Had to walk the dog at 2am as it was having a panic attack and it was quite pleasant. I can deal with heat but the cold kills me.

Not looked out the window since it started. Well I can see out the window but it's dark and not looked on the pavement.

Doesn't look like it's snowing. I want it to hold off for a few days so my kitchen can be finished and I can start filling the cupboards with rubbish.

There is a light covering on the pavement. Road looks OK so the main roads should be clear. As long as they get here they can worry about getting back after.

Yes it is a selfish way of thinking.

And just a sad comment on modern life. There's a large green area in our road, covered in about 2 inches of snow and no kids are playing in it. What's wrong with them?

Some immigrant kids were out around my area earlier throwing ice balls at windows, succeeding in breaking at least one. Who says immigrants don't integrate into the local culture eh? Good lads.

Tools me 3 and a held hours to get home today, apparantly my fiendishly good idea to leave work early at 3:00 also occurred to the rest of the city sat about the same time. Also hear that the only blue light incident was on the A47 Hinckley Road, which I saw and was stuck in. Took an hour to move about 400 yards.
