mikey54 Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Just got home after falling a*se over t*t outside the pub. Reminded me - does the pitch at Walkers have undersoil heating. I'm old enough to remember the inflatable tent at Filbo - we got Match of The Day regularly as we could nearly always guarantee the game would be played despite snow and ice
demon_dog Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 Pretty Sure it has. Beg to differ, pretty sure it hasn't, it's too expensive.

I think it's a regulation for premiership & championship teams to have under soil heating and a drainage system.

It's going to be bloody cold on Saturday, can I have a heated seat please? It's either that or stand and go all huggy, huggy, with the people next to you. Who's next to Raj?

Corky Posted 31 December 2008 Posted 31 December 2008 It's far too cold to watch football. I feel the need for a winter break
Bert Posted 31 December 2008 Posted 31 December 2008 I'm 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% certain it has. Also, it's good to see the pitch looking better than it did last season.
Koke Posted 31 December 2008 Posted 31 December 2008 It'll be minus 1 degrees celsius on Saturday. Who's ready for groupie hug and warm ourselves?
DBEightyFive Posted 1 January 2009 Posted 1 January 2009 Also, it's good to see the pitch looking better than it did last season. Amen to that.
