Guest Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 FACT: The first two words Lisa learned to read were "Tiswas" and "Batman", whilst the FT legendary poster was just 2, yes 2 years old.

purpleronnie Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 i was obsessed with chocky, but if you were to ask me what actually happened (other that 'something'/chocky/poor 80's graphic in the corner of a bedroom) i wouldn't be able to tell you! Me neither, loved it at the time though.
Webbo Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 i remember cracking one off to susan stranks in magpie You see, we were more BBC in our house. We watched Blue Peter, I remember cracking one off to Janet Ellis. I've just got the DVD on Amazon I do believe that my sister's got that on DVD, used to scared the shit out of me too. Does anyone remember a kids' programme were a girl used to draw things and they came to life? She once drew a boy in bed and he had no legs and another boy with no face and he came too life with no face. Now that was scary.

Corky Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 great show! For some reason I never really like that too much. Don't know why
BoneDog Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 Who was the voice of the robot? It's been buggin me for years Stig of the Dump was good on ITV in the early 80's
Bellend Sebastian Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 I will not hear a word against the Animals of Farthing Wood. That is all. It should have been called 'The Depressing Animals of Farthing Wood'. I know nature is cruel, but hardly an episode went by without one of the characters being devoured by a snake or losing a leg in a gin trap i loved those too, especially dark towers. the other one was one about a peregrine falcon. i believe. Wordy scared me rigid. If you saw something like that in real life, you'd hit it with a hammer, if you didn't shit your pants and collapse in a blubbering, terrified heap in the corner. In the same programme there was sometimes a ghost that was along similar lines but even more terrifying
