StanSP Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 jb-101, I now love all of your shirts Gold looks good
Fosse Boy Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Excellent.Very pleased with that. I shall buy it for sure. Same. Bravo Mr. Mandaric, this clever little marketing ploy has worked a treat. If it's a red away shirt I'll be tempted to buy both next season.
FilboFox Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 jb-101, those shirts are amazing! If they are our shirts next year, I'd be well up for buying them all!!!
Corky Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 "Foxes do it playing away from home"? As an aside, how dumb are people? The blank shirt didn't win, the club ****ed up the whole thing and are now fixing a result so that they don't lose face having been inundated with emails from concerned or just plain pissed-off supporters. As another aside, yey! and phew! Doesn't matter how it came about Daggs, it did and that's the main thing.
Corky Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Now let's party like in 1884. Some of the senior members of the forum may tell us what it was like
Daggers Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Some of the senior members of the forum may tell us what it was like It was a cold time, with many now long-dead species like the akinfenwasaurus. Also, there was no illegal immigration, crime or parking attendants.
StanSP Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Some of the senior members of the forum may tell us what it was like Low blow for all the oldies on here but still
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 First feeling was just sheer relief. Then satisfaction.
lookwhaticando Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 The away kit will feature a sponsor. It'll be something that makes the shirt look really shit, no matter how red it is. I'm thinking Topps Tiles... but with an even bigger Spongebob on the front. Or maybe Toys r Us.

Guest Bilo Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 It was only ever going to be blank to be honest. This is surely the best fixed result in the history of human civilization. I'm just worried about the away shirt, I really hope we won't have a sponsor on that one. What kind of Mickey Mouse company would want to sponsor a shirt that will be seen in less than half of our games?

Weren't they talking about supporting a foundation or something at one point in the past week?
Joe. Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 I hope we have a red away kit. I personally hope not, and don't think that'll happen. Just wouldn't look right...
