Got home from the game yesterday and was given my Season Ticket package, Nothing special just the welcome pack you got when you renewed at the ticket office, and then obviously your Season Ticket booklet.

Anyone else received there's yet, or have not that many renewed yet?!

At least there won't be the cock up like at the start of this season when they cut it fine with some people's Season Ticket's sending them in the last week or whatever happened.

I can't renew until I know if I am going to be a student or not. :(

The boy is now telling me he fancies a season ticket, this will be the tipping point I guess.

Did he tell you it was for Villa Park, though? :giggle:

I'm so tempted to get a season ticket. Even though I know I still won't get to enough games to make it a sensible decision financially. :/

Would help when trying to get scarcer away tickets next season though

I know. That's kinda my main motivation though. Except, stupidly, I've not kept most of my away ticket stubs - having assumed the ticket office would have a record of them. Doesn't help that there have already been 2 away days this season that I'd have definitely have gone to 'cept the ticket office sold out before members' day - and this could well be the case with a couple more games this season - thus royally screwing up my priority. :(

Hmmph.

That doesn't matter as, unfortunately, new season ticket holders are automatically Priority 3. :(

You could always check, provided you've bought in your name. If not, priority 3 is a damn sight better than members and general sale as you know. Just get one ;) I only need two more away games now and I'm Priority 1, just need to sort my ST again though.

Ah, that I didn't know. Stupid club. Like fook will I be getting a season ticket then.

Seriously, there seems remarkably little incentive to persuade people to become season tickets holders. Which, in my particular case, is pretty much financially shooting themselves in the foot as it's highly unlikely I'd get to enough games to equal the cost of a season ticket. :/

I'm moving to the Kop next season.

I've had enough of my current seat and the price is the same in the Kop.

I renewed yesterday :S

So many exciting benefits for STH in one pack!

I did chuckle about the 1884 bar being exclusive to STH although each pack contains at least 4 guest passes for non-STH!

Can't wait for the 125th year anniversary dinner (price tba), or the 125th year anniversary supporters evening (price tba), or the 125th year anniversary supporters football tournament (price tba).

Roll on August!

Daggars, my boy is doing the same, please advise me of the cheapest way of getting a season ticket.

Just the Ticket is the cheapest, I don't know if you can get the free kids ones in there but it gives you access to all the empty seats in the Kop and the South side of the West Stand  .

I thought it already was :dunno: I arranged to meet my son in there the other week and they wouldn't let me in because it was too full even though he had a pint ready for me. If they are going to allow non-ST guests it'll be pointless even trying. They sure know how to fook things up!

I think the £270 parent and child ticket in the 'just the ticket' seats is the cheapest option for people taking kids under 8.

I was looking into that, but I was thinking of getting 'JTT' student and an under 8, but there are no prices on the OS!!

If you are over 22 you wil need to be on a fulltime course and have a letter from your course tutor to qualify for a student discount but I don't think they have student and child discounts anyway.
