I think when you have talent, you can get away with being lazy at times. But when you're a shit footballer, then you live & die by your work-rate.

As for Gareth Williams, he never made a tackle that's all, his passing was the best I have ever seen for a non Premiership player and when he scored, his finishing was superb.

Although I like him as a player, I wish we would never have brought him because he would have been brilliant for Forest like he was in his time their.
