Lillehamring Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 this made me smile: Yellow cards: Leicester – King, simulation, 72 min; Dyer, over-zealous celebration, 74 min.
Guest Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 What a brilliant day, and what a result! Anyone who says we are all about the hoof does not deserve an opinion. Our second half performance was great, and just what we needed. As for this guy....

Guest Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Brilliant prematch, wank first half, ace second half. N.b. Do not, I repeat, do not stand between people trying to hit each other. Second: do not attemp to wave the flag of your nation, supporting Andy King and being slightly Welsh - apparently this is now forbidden at grounds. (the cvnt isn't going to believe the fvcking bunting I'm bringing to our last home game), twat. I shall be wearing my Scotland shirt. <_<
Fosse Boy Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Wen we scored are 2nd i just seen some bloke lying on the floor as i jumped onto the railing lmao Yep. That would be me. Got knocked over during the rush to the front. Then some fecker nicked my programme after it fell out of my back pocket. <_< All totally, totally worth it though. Cheltenham fan what a hero I agree. Legend. Absolutely brilliant day. Great fun on the curved terrace, "We're the middle over here!". Getting my Cheltenham chant started a few times was probably a highlight though. at one of the guys next to us having a tin of cider confiscated only for it to be given back to him at the end of the game. We started a "Freedom for Strongbow!" chant at the time. Like pretty much every away day I've managed to make it to this year, I've had a fantastic time. Think I'm gonna miss going to grounds like Edgar Street if we get promoted.

Daggers Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Policing - has anyone got a bad word for them yesterday? Seemed to me that they couldn't be friendlier and more helpful.

AoWW Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Wen we scored are 2nd i just seen some bloke lying on the floor as i jumped onto the railing lmao Loved the way you just leapt over the bloke on the floor before bouncing onto the railings. Yep. That would be me. Got knocked over during the rush to the front. Were you stood on the wall for much of the game - Blackfriars terrace but right next to the railings to the Cargill? Fell off the wall, were flat out on the ground for a while, then got up and were rubbing your left arm and wincing for ages?
Nath Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 So what happened yesterday?... Looked asif something kicked off behind you foxestlk lot.
Bert Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Barrels.. :worship: Maxi skinning their left-back for the clincher.. :worship: :worship: Excellent day all round. :fox: Special thanks to all the Foxestalkers I met at various stages of the day, especially Head Honcho. What about Bernie on the train? So what happened yesterday?... Looked asif something kicked off behind you foxestlk lot. Just alcohol and a difference of opinion.
Nath Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 What about Bernie on the train?Just alcohol and a difference of opinion. Ahhh, what a plank he was.

Was about halfway between the Cargill and the Blackfriars wall, at the back.
lou Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Happy Easter all! One of the best away days for ages, brilliant place on the terraces....... lovely weather, lovely place and an afternoon of every emotion known to man!! 1st half was truely dreadful and it got very tense with some of the fans. I was really trying to behave myself having someone with a very small child next to me but fear I did shout some very bad words about 3 inches from his ear at times for which I sincerely apologise Loved the CTFC fan being there and would have loved to see local ppls faces as he walked around town! Thought it all changed when Gradel came on and Oakley went in the middle........ it wasnt really working 1st half. I cant get over how good Gradel was for Howards goal.... I will love him forever and so glad both him and Dyer are back in form. Brown was immense at the back. Considering how pants Oakleys set pieces have been this season was good to see that peach! At the end of the game you could see how much it meant to the players and coaching staff and Im sure we will be much improved now! Disappointed in Mattock AGAIN and wish he would play Powell instead, I fear the likes of Beckford, Becchio (if they play) and Delph will run rings round JM the way hes playing. Gutted I didnt go to the Barrels now as it sounds like you all had fun. Still dont even know if Ive got tickets for Southend..... emailed them from work on Thurs but needed travel too and never got a confirmation back so will wait and see what the postman brings on Tues.
Katy Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Anyone know why Katy was rolling around on the floor? I wasn't 'rolling around' Me too, briefly. Was a few cars ahead of them for ages, then took a wrong turn just before Worcester and ended up stuck behind the last coach for five minutes before they ****ed off in a different direction, thank god.Beautiful scenery though, really nice countryside around there (sorry, beer tits football) That was my fault, sorreh. I believe I elbowed her in the face when Lloyd stuck the second away, oops.Occupational hazard. No you didn't, I was pushed into you and Alex and then fell and bashed my head slightly. This did not help my slight sunstroke. Did i pass you on the way home? It was a silver Yaris, but weren't sure if it was you. That was bizarre on the way, i just looked in my mirror and thought it looked like you and Katy, and within seconds i had a text We were deliberating for ages, it was the shades that did it As for the game, I thought Lloyd had a good one. Maxi was immense when he came on, what a hero. Not sure I can enjoy the Leeds game though, something will happen it always does.
Cobbo Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Ahhh, what a plank he was. This is me. Apologies to all if I was an arse head. I loved the day mind you. I have managed along with the Scow to play 90 mins this morning too - won too!

I can accept people who know me wanting to thump me but this bloke had never read a single one of my posts. I'm going to chalk it up to karma.
Ultra Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 What about Bernie on the train? His wind-ups of the Hereford fans were classic. He went a bit OTT trying to grope one of them though. The kid who got off at Malvern was pretty amusing.

The kid who got off at Malvern was pretty amusing. :D I went up behind Bernie in JD's and told him to shut up cos he was making too much noise. His face was a picture when he turned round at least til I burst out laughing and big Alex shouted in his ear to start the next song!
