I thought we were quality in the second half, considering how we have been lately.

Ignorant bastard!

Waved at you, never waved back! :P

You ****er. I waved at you too and was left highly embarrassed and tried to disguise it.

We obviously weren't looking at each other when we both played our waves.

lol

Wish I was in that end.

Would just like to take the time to thx all you LCFC fans for making me welcome today

Mate, it was a delight to meet you - I'm glad we gave you something to cheer about. The friendship between City and Cheltenham fans this season has been a real highpoint of our year in league one. One of a number of things I'll miss next season, although I can't say I'll be sad about getting promoted.

I hope the pre-season friendly idea takes off.

Good luck for next season. I reckon you and yours will always be welcome at the Walkers.

This. So very, very much this.

As the ball bounced around in their box and floated toward the goal only to bounce off a head and the bar I swear I couldn't breathe. Then Dyer smashed it right at us. Almost as good as being behind the goal in the old Filbo kop.

Greg's talked repeatedly about the look on Howard's and Gradel's faces as they whirled past the goal after number three, inches away from where we were standing. He's completely ecstatic.

Thank you Leicester City, thank you the Victory and the Barrels, thank you everyone we met on the way to the ground. You've given us a day to remember and made me a very happy dad.

Good to meet you both today in the Barrells today, that was a great pub I couldnt stop drinking in there! I am feeling a bit rough now though but it was worth it. I lost my mobile phone celebrating our second goal but luckily someone had handed it in to a steward.

Hope we play maxi against leeds and give them a good thrashing to get promoted on monday, i should have recovered by then.

What a fantastic day. From start to finish.

Couldn't have asked to travel down with any better people. A good chat on the train with a Foxes fan who had been travelling down from York - Had £10 on us to win 3-1 at 15.5/1.

On arriving in Hereford the sun was out and we headed for the Chip shop, that we visited the last time we played Hereford, again it didn't fail to impress.

After Chip times, had a nice walk with Chloe down to the ground, where we seen the team pull into the ground then met Jodie and Tadman.

We were pretty average in the first half, and what I most loved about today, was the players realised this, as the second half performance proved. They knew that after yesterdays results that a win was vital and would give a massive boost to everyone. The second goal was fantastic, it came from nothing and it had everything involved in it, celebrations were awesome too.

Had some good banter on the train home with some Hereford fans, and even more fun walking back through Leicester with Chloe and Muz past the Tigers fans.

Have to echo what people r saying about today, quality day apart from about breaking my ankle after the first goal jumping off the railings, could have been worse tho one bloke was on the floor for ages after the 2nd lol.

Was worried in the second half for a bit, we didn't touch the ball for about ten minutes! But all came good :-)

Thought Hereford was a lovely place, especially the pub on the corner (I think it was called herdings?)

I was in there for a couple before the game, nice little pub, even the police that came through had a smile on their faces, I met a few City fans and enjoyed a few drinks with them, made the day all the more enjoyable.

Just want to add what a fantastic location for a football ground, the sun certainly helped but it was a great day, felt very much like Cheltenham.

Forgot the name of the pub we stopped at before Hereford but that was nice too, spoons was epic as ever in Leicester early doors and the one near the train station in Hereford, nice bit of "sister banter" let's call it in the yard!

Great roads too, shame I was stuck behind Fox Travel and a damn police escort for 30 miles of the return

Me too, briefly. Was a few cars ahead of them for ages, then took a wrong turn just before Worcester and ended up stuck behind the last coach for five minutes before they ****ed off in a different direction, thank god.

Beautiful scenery though, really nice countryside around there (sorry, beer tits football)

That was bizarre on the way, i just looked in my mirror and thought it looked like you and Katy, and within seconds i had a text lol

yep the chelts guy was awesome! Things like that is what football is all about! Shame the conga didnt really get going, but I think its probably more to do with how worried we all were!

Top day, top result and top atmosphere, was it only me or did it seem that we could have got the same amount in again in the terracing, but at least it meant we could all go crazy running down to Dyer/Howard when they scored!

Even Raj got carried away and nearly choked at one point!

The ginger steward at half time trying to stop the smoking at the back of the stand was a twat!

Anyone else see the two female coppers near the burger van in the carpark after the game, they can search me anytime they want!!!

This afternoon more than made up for the damp squib that was Peterborough.

Can someone please have a word with my Wife and explain that I have to go to Southend and she has no choice? Maybe I could drop her off at Lakeside on the way?

What a day, rain on leaving Leicester, sunshine all afternoon, get back and its still raining!!!!

Just hope the pitch at the WS has survived the "rugger" !

I was trying to think of something witty to them as they were mighty fit but would have probably ended up getting arrested!! What a cracking day great beer, great result - such tension and then the release - Brown despite being a hoofer had everything under control at the back, Andy King should sue the ref for accusing him of cheating and Pearson should play Oakley in the middle with King - what is the point of Berner??

Dyer was just awesome as was Maxi's run - Mattock had some dodgy momemts but fought back well in the second half. Don't think I am tempting fate but boys we are up!!!

:chant:
