Awesomeness. Sitting in the car with a huge grin on my face.

Wasn't nailed on but we worked for it and the second half was massively better.

Gradel and dyer were epic.

Could still screw up but that's a huge banana skin dodged and the pressures on them not us now.

Brilliant

Promotion now a matter of 'when' rather than 'if.' Monday would be brilliant, but we wouldn't know until after the Posh-Wall game. I want our fans to know we have been promoted when we get the result that seals it. Then again, Southend away would be party time if we were already promoted.

I was bricking it right up to our 3rd goal. :sweating:

... And what a goal it was.

Great day in the sun. Nigel's half time team talks are swiftly becoming a thing of legend. Once again we come out second half and play passing football. If we could remember how to play from the start, and not keep conceding the first goal we'd be pretty good.

Brilliant prematch, wank first half, ace second half.

N.b. Do not, I repeat, do not stand between people trying to hit each other. Second: do not attemp to wave the flag of your nation, supporting Andy King and being slightly Welsh - apparently this is now forbidden at grounds. (the cvnt isn't going to believe the fvcking bunting I'm bringing to our last home game), twat.

:giggle: Oh dear.

Haven't heard much about how we played, did we look back to our best in the second half?

The second half sounded great on the radio. Dyer and Gradel causing chaos down the wings.

We need to continue this from the 1st second of the 1st half on Monday and not let up until the final whistle.

And we will. We are owed a performance at home.

Anybody think we might already be there, 86 points could be enough!

5 more points to guarantee it.

I was just about to post that I think we're already up! We could lose all our remaining games and I still think we'd be promoted.

Obviously this won't happen and we'll go up in style, as CHAMPIONS!

If Franchise win their game in hand we are 8 points ahead of them with 12 to play for. We got one foot in the Championship. ;)

And that's a big if seeing as that game in hand is at Northampton, a team scrapping for every point in a relegation dogfight. I predict a draw in that one.

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson said his players had to show their battling qualities to grind out a 3-1 victory over Hereford United at Edgar Street on Saturday.

The Foxes had fallen a goal behind when Steve Guinan had given the home side the lead from the penalty spot.

But a spectacular free kick from Matty Oakley had redressed the balance before goals from Lloyd Dyer and Steve Howard sealed the win.

Pearson said: "We made very hard work of it. You saw the best and worst of us today.

"We were decidedly average during the first half and at times we looked anxious. But there were also times during the game when we showed exactly why we find ourselves in the position that we are in.

"I have been saying it for a long time now, but we are at a stage of the season where there will be twists and turns - you only have to have a look at some of the results from yesterday for evidence of that. Everybody is fallible I'm afraid.

"This was always going to be a very difficult place to come to. Hereford currently find themselves in a very difficult situation and they played some very good football. They certainly don't come out of the game with anything but credit. They asked a lot of questions of us today.

"Matty's finish for the equaliser from the free kick was fabulous. We then worked very hard and showed some quality for the two goals.

"In the end the scoreline makes it look comfortable but it was anything but that. There was a spell in the second half when they looked the better side so we have still got things to work on."

The result also means that Leicester have now won 12 times on their travels during the campaign - a club record.

Pearson added: "The support that we receive on the road has certainly had a bearing on the results that we have achieved away from home.

"You only had to have a look at our following here again today. The fact that we have now registered a record number of away victories is a great reward for the fans."

They have Scunny away next Saturday, not an easy place to go to. Seeing as they need to win every game to catch us, there's every chance they won't.

Yet another great away win, and another game last season we probably would have lost after going 1-0 down.

Really excited about Leeds now

Couldn't you have waited until afterwards?

There was nothing else worthwhile to do. :D

Whereas Gradel for Howard's goal was just sex. Pure, filthy sex.

Just got back.

C'mon City, Still not playing our best, but still managing the results some how!

We will need to pull our socks up for sure on Monday, but lets get promotion on Monday!

The 5 minutes between King being booked for a dive and no penalty, to Dyer scoring were 5 of the most emotional minutes i've had as a supporter.

The relief with the 2nd goal was unbelieveable, great day in a beautiful part of the country!!
