Plastics will never experience the range of emotions we experienced yesterday. Nerves and optimism before kickoff, concern when mk and posh were winning with us still level, fear of defeat when they hit the bar just after half-time, hope when Fryatt stepped up and euphoria from that point onwards.

It's not just a 90-minutes-a-week thing for proper fans. It stays with you at all times, and I wouldn't swap my experiences for anything these ****** get from football.

Here's the facebook statii from a "true" Man Ure fan I know (from Mumbai).

Oh well, sod 'em. At least the ****** in The Borough yesterday know some Leicester songs now.

Its those sort of comments which really irritate me about "plastics".

A TRUE fan, be it United, Leicester or whoever, would be absolutely devastated that their team had been knocked out of a semi final through peno's.

Had he had any true feeling towards his "team" he would understand the heartbreak of losing at wembley in penalties

On a side note, that pub was SHIT!

I could have sworn the first pint I bought in there was £2, then they hiked it up to £2.90! Maybe they enforced the "out of towner tax".

I have to work with a load of top four fans and I'm the only Leicester supporter there. Unbelievable.

The feeling I had on Saturday can never be matched by any of the glory hunting, arm chair, sky sports watching pseudo-fans.

While people are free to choose who they support, it winds me up that local clubs suffer as a result. Obviously they'll be some who attend games at their local clubs, but I'd imagine the vast majority don't bother.

All my friends and acquaintances are Arsenal fans. Literally 95% of them are. Safe to say I had a better weekend than them. :)

The guy I live with at the moment is an Arsenal fan, and I've been to more Arsenal home games than he has (2vs0). Yet he claims to be a MASSIVE fan.

Laugh out loud. Liverpool are the worst team in history. They won no trophies last season, or this season. Do you understand? This is in comparison to Manchester United who won the Premiership and Champions League last season and will most probably win the Premiership this season in addition to the Carling Cup, World Championship Cup, and Charity Shield, so there.

Laugh out loud. Don't worry. You can take the win as Van De Sar probably felt sorry for Liverpool. Besides, you haven't won no trophies, and you aren't going to win any faeces this year, either. This is because your manager is of toilet quality, whereas Alex Ferguson is actually the father of Christ. This can be shown by the winning of the Premiership and Champions League last season. I've been racking my mighty football brain, but I just can't see that Liverpool have ever achieved this. I'll be here for a while if you wish to contribute to our wonderful discussion further.

To be fair, if the Liverpool 'fan' knew anything either, he/she would know that Liverpool had won the League/European Cup double three times (77,78,84), and the League/UEFA Cup double twice (73,76).

Does my head in still loads of them in this town, don't like to talk about football with them.

Watching football in a pub is always good, but when your surrounded by idiots its shite. Its not the fact that they support one of the big four its just if i asked a United, Arsenal, Liverpool fan who Tom Cleverley, Kerrea Gilbert and Jack Hobbs are they wouldnt have a clue.

Im not being funny but if my team was playing in a game like Liverpool Arsenal in the week I would be going mental.

No not these guys, oh and when they say theyve been to a game they say yeah a champions league game. Oh was it the Madrid away or the Brondby at home.
