I phoned on Monday morning and they said come down and we will sort you a shirt out. I, being lazy, sent the wife. She turned up and they said it was preorder only, she said but my husband phoned, he said OK he spoke to me. He then disappeared out the back and got one for us. Got the name and number on the back. Bob's your uncle. My lad will be made up when he opens it on Sunday.

Confirmed:

Leicester City players will take to the pitch during the 2009/10 campaign wearing special gold sleeve patches on both home and away shirts.

The colour change differs from the traditional Coca-Cola red in recognition of the club's League One title victory.

And Foxes supporters will soon be able to purchase the patches from the City Megastore at the Walkers Stadium and online at LCFC Direct to apply to the 125th Anniversary jerseys.

Would it be REALLY cruel for me to order a pair of them and then give them to a Leeds supporter at work???

But funny for a bit.

Went to the megastore today and got my shirt. I just asked if there was any spare ones and the girl who works there went in the back and got me one. :scarf:

She also said that the patches should be on sale from next thursday. They should be delivered to the shop on wednesday. :fc:

Can't help but be a bit disappointed. I was sort of expecting them to stick with the badge on the left.

The Joma symbol is huge. It almost offsets the whole sponsorless thing.

My thoughts exactly. was going to buy it but won't bother now. Think I'll buy a Lions top for Saturday instead.

Does anybody in the know, know what colour our home keepers kit is this season?

Not in the know, but traditional colour is green so i'd expect that, maybe a grey away one too.

Yeah usually is. Not overly bothered just curious. New keepers kit very rarely gets shown on the OS, tad annoying!

Not at all, I'm sure they'd be most grateful.

These patches are nice

When is the shirt on general sale?

Does anyone own the Retro Track Jacket from lcfcdirect.com?, I want it but they only have it in XL. Just wondering about sizes etc.

Thanks.
