Rise Against Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 It is reported in the Israeli press that Aviram Bruchian, Beitar Jerusalem and Israel midfielder is consider a move to Leicester. He allready got a proposed from Real Sociedad but he would probebly turn it down. His agaent's are trying to get him a Premier League team (Wigan and Mallorca are intrested as well, and Mallorca ever put on the table 1 milion euro propose on the summer). It says that Leicester and Reading are intrested but Bruchian need to checak those offers becouse he want to play on the big leagues.
Ashley Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Thankyou for this information. What kind of a player is he?
Milky Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 We've got no chance judging by the clubs mentioned there.
davieG Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Thankyou for this information. What kind of a player is he? Creative midfielder according to Wiki
MC Prussian Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Looks a little bit fat on that mugshot of his, but when IMScouting say he's a good deal, then it's probably worth paying £650k (estimated market value) for his services. http://www.imscouting.com/player_to_watch....Aviram+Bruchyan He still needs to work more in the gym
Fox You Forest Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 All these exotic names, It's too much to take... You just know we'll end up with some Blue Square player called John Brown.
Super Arj Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Have we ever had an Israeli play for us before? Barry Hayles
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 29 May 2009 Posted 29 May 2009 Have we ever had an Israeli play for us before? THINK we nearly got David Pizanti from QPR (?) in 1988 - sure he was Israeli ??
Rise Against Posted 29 May 2009 Author Posted 29 May 2009 THINK we nearly got David Pizanti from QPR (?) in 1988 - sure he was Israeli ?? Yeah, he was. Tamir Cohen was really close to Leicester on the 2008 winter transfer window, but he moved to Bolton. Bruchian is playing for a club who would probebly lose everything this summer becouse of a lot of diffrent problems. his agent's trying to get him to europe. He won 7 caps for the Israeli nationel team (and scored 1 goal) and also played 32 times for Beiter this season and 9 goals, 2 of em' againt Wisla in the Champions.
Candidcamera Posted 30 May 2009 Posted 30 May 2009 The evidence looks good. I would think he will be difficult to get but our scouts are looking for the type of player that could really move us forward.

I'd rather we go with someone from this country and at least proven in this division. Obviously, if all the foreign signings are like Tunchev then I have no problems. But I don't want to take any risks in our first division. Don't want there to be any overkill. Tried and trusted players are much more reliable in my opinion.
Candidcamera Posted 30 May 2009 Posted 30 May 2009 Problem is they have to want to come to City. There is no point in buying players that are the same or less talented than our own. I was pleased that Psssh was retained perhaps he will come back into favour.

The only players that have been released are those whose contract has come to an end, Levi has a year left so even if Nigel didn't want him he can't just release him without paying him for his last year. It's a case of keep or sell!
