Haha great chants! :worship:

If we manage to get Keogh and Wellens i'm going to be very optomistic looking at next season. Milan says we are rading premier league clubs for talented young players aswell. I'm excited :)

Here as well. From skysports.com

Wolves have dismissed talk that Leicester City have tabled a bid for striker Andy Keogh.

It was believed the newly-promoted Foxes had offered 1.5million for the former S****horpe United marksman.

Keogh recently committed his long-term future to the club after extending his contract in February until 2012.

Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has played down talk Keogh could leave, stating no bid has been made.

"It's nonsense - there has been no bid for Andy Keogh," Moxey told the Express and Star.

Alot can be read into what Jez is saying.

For example, 'there hs been no bid fo Andy Keogh'. Could be interpreted as there have been no bids but he is expecting some?

He hasn't said he isn't for sale at all at any price, so is he looking to sell should the right offer come about??

Mandaric needs to do something here. Cough up and sign him up! Make Wolves an offer they can't refuse! But not too much :P.

Hope we don't bid, Keogh is a similar type of player to Hume, a grafter with some decent quality but ultimately a scoring record that doesn't particularly stand up against the best. £1.5m is a large amount of the budget to spend on a player of that ilk.

Yeah Hume was shit! I hate players who are scoring goals in a terrible side, they piss on my cornflakes big time. Top scorer for 3 seasons running what a ****.

We don't need players who can score goals as we have Matty Fryatt & he is really really good & I think he will score lots of goals because he is great. Hopefully we can stave off the interest of the Champions League sides & keep him. :city: :fox:

Hume was mediocre in a dreadful side, being top scorer in that team is no brilliant achievement at all.

And we do need players who can score goals, hence why I'm personally saying no to Andy Keogh who has a disappointing strike rate in a team which creates more chances than most. Not once have I mentioned Fryatt. You've completely missed the point, instead trying to be funny.

I was not trying to be funny at all, & I appreciate you did not mention Fryatt, however my *joke* post was an exaggerated example of the shit that gets written on this site. IMO it has gotten a lot worse in the past few months? Maybe it has been so noticeable because I have been away from the site for a while but some of the stuff written on here, some members must be on drugs, or maybe Blanderson is having an effect as chief spindoctor?

1.5m i9s not alot at all. If you want a 20 goals a season striker, expect to pay a lot, lot more.
