Andy Keogh

Good Morning,

i haven't posted in a while, however today some interesting news was brought to my attention, about the possbile signing of Andy Keogh from Wolves for a fee of around £1.5mil.

Wolves completed the signing of Kevin Doyle yesterday and with Sylvain Ebanks Blake signing a new deal early last week, this could be further evidence that Keogh is on his way to The Walkers.

I have heard this from a very reliable source (Wolves Fan). Apparently a few clubs are interested in snapping the youngster up and Leicester City are believed to be one of the front runners....

Just wondered what people's views were if we were to sign him?

Decent player... can see a more established championship team getting him though.

Maybe, but if Mandaric wants us to go forward, these are the type of players we should sign.

Sign him up!

Past times we have played wolves down the walkers he has been immense and shown our defence up, would love him here

I would jizz on every carpet in the Walkers if we signed Keogh.

I was talking to my friend who's a Wolves fan yesterday about this and how he won't get much of a look in at Wolves now. So if 2 wolves fans are saying it then it MUST be true..

He doesn't score many though, surely we need a goal scorer given the question marks over Fryatt and certainly Howard, given his age at this level.

I rate him, although his goal scoring record is hardly prolific.

I think hes played quite a lot of games on the wing for wolves as Mick McCarthy loves having 9 strikers at the club lol

Love Keogh here.

He is the type of player i would like to see at the club, young as well. However 1.5mil sounds a bit expensive for someone who hasn't scored that many goals, 1-1.2 mil would be more reasonable.

So if they rejected a 1.2mill bid but said they would accept 1.5mill you would say no?

Would definitely take him but we would need an out-and-out goalscorer to go with him. Would make a good support striker, worth that money IMO.

Keogh is that creativeness we lack upfront, he will create the chances Fryatt and co will need to score!
