Sly Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 Adams needs to be given a chance here. He's not done much wrong. And how does Verma look? It finished 3-1. Adams looked good on the center of midfield, supported the attack well. Verma played okay, he clearly has some ability. Not sure he has enough.

Still trying to get out of Dynamos ground. Pearson was here suited and sat in the directors seats behind the goal. From what I could make out Chris Powell ran the team.

GianEmmo Zola Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 dynamo 1-3 lcfc adams, dickov, kee verma surprisingly looked pretty decent! adams played well astro kept losing it gradel takes his man on too many times but did ok mattock did a job , nothing exciting team logan, o neil, mattock, boulger, brown © , Ajdarevic, verma, adams, gradel, dickov, kee parkes came on for boulger, he did ok. then boulger came back on for brown. dickov was replaced by craig king jorrin john came on for astrit thats about it really, not too exciting but a good work out. and chris powell managed the team! !

foxoffderby Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 Just got back from the Loughborough game Nice little workout Logan looked comfortable 7 O'neil solid good passer 7 Mattock lost the ball at least 5 times clumsy, couple of ok crosses 5 Boulger strong boy very tall ok but needed Brown beside him 6 Brown showed his class cool composed comanding looked at ease 9 Ajdarevic played left side mostley drifted in and of the game, couple of chances on goal dissapointing 6 Verma this boy is good. Playes defensive midfield. Quick good passer and can tackle 8 Gradel showed good touches of skill down the wing and tracked back 8 Adams composed good touches and finished well 8 Dickov Wasent at the races lacked fitness missed a shocking 1on1 with keeper 5 Kee Strong aggressive powerhouse player hopefully gets a chance in the first team this year ahead of Dickov 8 subs King 5 Parkes 5 John 5

Tevez Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 I rate Logan to be honest, I think he isn't a bad keeper at all. He's relaxed and was always talking to Big Wayne. Luke O neill did not cut it for me however, got the rough and tumble of a few Unibond standard lads god knows what will happen should he get a go in the Championship. Boulger was ok, won a lot but his positioning and didn't looked abit shakey playing with an older head. Won a lot in the air though. Wayne Brown was quality, led the team from the back and was the loudest player on the pitch. Mattock struggled, wasn't his best game today which is very worrying. Astrit was shit on the left but ok in the middle, adams did too much and ran him self into danger by doing turns that wernt really needed, Verma had a good game for me, not going to get in ahead of Oakley. King and Wellens now. Gradel is frustrating, great dribbler but final delivery is absolutey poor. Billy was good today, good header but went down abit easy for his size, if he got that out of his game hed be pushing subs bench next year because his all round game was decent. Dickov was alright but the age has finally kicked in for him, good grafter but definately not a starter for next season. That tom parkes looked very decent at centre half and the other lads didn't get on longer for me to rate them. Cheers ( on phone )

Anyone care to do some player ratings? sorry not impressed with astrit...hope hes gonna improve before the season starts..too slow looked cumbersome and some of his first touch was awfull...adams looked good,verma looks like he could cut it......but seeing as it was only a knock about its hard to rate
