It was pretty boring actually!! they were all just talking about how they wanted to decide the result through the power of their forum. None of the fun and games like on this forum. Its quite obvious that the only people with a problem on this forum are ann2 and the other nobs that have signed up at this forum to have a go. At the end of the day if people think your kid is ugly, then deal with it!!! Don't put them in a contest where their photo will be all over the internet if you cant take a bit of banter. Nothing said on this forum was racist or malicious, so get off your high horse and as others have said present a decent argument, that is narrated so people can understand it and with some evidence to back up your claims. I would. I would go so far to say that some of them are fugly. Not every kid in the world is cute. Kids really are like farts, everyone likes their own. Some children are very very weird looking. No doubt they are wonderful, loving children. Doesn't stop them being ugly. I would draw the line at bully a child for his/her looks, but the fact of the matter is that comments that were made were on an internet forum. Not in the playground. Ugly ducklings, and all that.

Er, if I was that sensitive I wouldn't have entered them into a public competition where their picture was going to be freely available on the internet. At that age the child isn't going to have had a say about it - the parent/s wanted the publicity, they are - effectively - 'using' their child to get it... and are now bleating about it because maybe the publicity hasn't quite been what they expected. Perhaps in future they should stick to passing round photos to family and friends who will coo over their adorable little offspring and make appropriately complimentary noises.

There have been no comments taken off this thread!! And if people are stupid enough to make those comments on other forums surely its a good thing that they have been deleted. To be fair i dont give a shit about a stupid fucking kinder competition. I still wanna know what gives you and other morons that have joined this forum the right to have a go at us! You only found this forum through the Kinder site, so chances are the parents aren't going to look too hard to find this particular website.

If you want to wrap kids in cotton wool, fine, that's your business, but I really do pity these kids when they go to school, and have to come face to face with worse. Pretend it isn't happening, and that you are perfectly normal, even if you have been beaten with the ugly stick.
