AmericanScott Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 This was one of the best threads i've ever read. Did Charlie win after all of that?
Houdini Logic Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 This was one of the best threads i've ever read. Did Charlie win after all of that? Doesn't look like it Results Am I the only one that thinks there's something wrong with this - The new Faces of Kinder, and their funny insights, are: - Breanna, Age 5, Kent: "Wow the garden looks nice! Did our garden fairy come?" - Dylan, Age 7, County Clare, Ireland: "Oh well, if it gets messy I always have my tongue." - Tabitha, Age 8, Yorkshire: "Is it the same sun in Spain mum? I love it!" - Eben, Age 6, Yorkshire: "I want to be Spiderman but I don't like spiders." - Isla, Age 5, Hampshire: "Having Down Syndrome doesn't hold Isla back." - Jayden, Age 5, Kent: "Do you get chocolate cows?" How the fook is that a funny insight?
Samilktray Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 "IM GLAD ANISHA LOST........THE LITTLE BITCH" This is my favourite post ever. Fuck me I'm in hysterics
lcfcadam Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 - Dylan, Age 7, County Clare, Ireland: "Oh well, if it gets messy I always have my tongue." Am I the only one who has a quiet innuendo-induced chuckle at that?
Houdini Logic Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Am I the only one who has a quiet innuendo-induced chuckle at that? and the potential peadophilia starts once again...
AjcW Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Doesn't look like it Results Am I the only one that thinks there's something wrong with this - - Isla, Age 5, Hampshire: "Having Down Syndrome doesn't hold Isla back." How the fook is that a funny insight? Well its clearly held her back if she cant have her own quote!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Perhaps Isla, 5, is talking about someone else called Isla who happens to have Downs Syndrome. Maybe that's what she came up with when asked for some 'funny insight'
Bugg Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Tbf, that Anisha girl was one Fugly child, even her mother should realise that.
Houdini Logic Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Perhaps Isla, 5, is talking about someone else called Isla who happens to have Downs Syndrome. Maybe that's what she came up with when asked for some 'funny insight' Yeah that makes sense - poetic almost
stripeyfox Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 As a "lite" user of this forum, I don't really get a chance to see all the threads...... Which is why I fricking love it when an old one like this perculates back up to the top of the pile. Obviously the link to the Kinder site is no longer working (or at least not for me) so I'll never get to see Charlie, but I would've voted for him. Very entertaining thread. Now, must get back to work. And I really want a Kinder egg!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Yeah that makes sense - poetic almost It's Isla's compassion that makes her an ideal face of Kinder
stripeyfox Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 I especially like the way that some people overreacted to some less than favourable comments about the girl, whilst the original poster did not seem to take any exception at all to lots of people saying his nephew looked like a girl, which might well be regarded as equally insulting,
Houdini Logic Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Well its clearly held her back if she cant have her own quote! Funnily enough exactly what I thought, though wasn't brave/stupid enough to say it. One person who can't take a joke and this thread is back alive
AjcW Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Funnily enough exactly what I thought, though wasn't brave/stupid enough to say it. One person who can't take a joke and this thread is back alive It took a very long time to click add reply believe me . But then I remembered the rest of this thread and thought yes why not.
FoxyPV Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Well its clearly held her back if she cant have her own quote! Perhaps she is so confident that she refers to herself in the third person.
Jon the Hat Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Perhaps she is so confident that she refers to herself in the third person. Jon the Hat thinks you might be right.
Lillehamring Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Hi It has been brought to my attention that there is a 'scam' going on with 'Face of Kinder' Kinder are aware of this and are looking into the fact that the voting system is corrupt and some people have found a way to place multiple votes in one day plus many entrants are receiving votes yet they are not being registered on the counter....Therefore I have set up a campaign page on face book (please follow given link) http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#...2315&ref=nf to get Kinder to re set all counters back to zero and start the competition all over again giving each and every child the same advantage. Please join the campaign and inform as many others as possible and together we may be able to get some justice for the children involved. I would be grateful if everybody that has experienced problems voting, or found they can vote for the same child more than once daily, would please leave a public message explaining the problem on the campaign wall. If you don't agree with the campaign please do not join the group as this is a campaign that is specifically for people who have/are experiencing problems voting and disagree with the fact that multiple voting is still taking place. Any negative comments will be deleted. If anyone has any other issues a separate campaign should be set up to enable those individuals to express their views. Thank you i can't beleive i missed this gem of wisdom... hmmm, got my fix of pedantry for the day.
Guest Bilo Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 :crylaugh: How. Did. I. Miss. This. Thread? That Anisha really is a funny looking little girl.
AoWW Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 - Breanna, Age 5, Kent: "Wow the garden looks nice! Did our garden fairy come?" This sounds remarkably like something Mummy may have said to her.
Fox You Forest Posted 30 July 2010 Posted 30 July 2010 Still cracks me up. I had a good laugh at it again when re-reading the thread, that and post 157.
