Tommy G Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Personally mine is Garth Crookes. Not for his commentary or footballing knowledge, but for the sheer expressions he makes and those big wide eyes he pulls! Think the guy is class and makes me chuckle everytime. Never smiles, very serious man and clearly loves his job!
lou Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 I like Garth Crookes too Steve Claridge of course and anyone who isnt Andy Gray........... tosser! EDIT............ Chris Kamara is the worst though..... he hates Leicester
Finchy Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Kammy and Merson for pure entertainment, but Alan Smith is the best for talking sense on that show
Fox You Forest Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Paul Merson is brilliant for comedy value.
StanSP Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Paul Merson is brilliant for comedy value. Always high/drunk on SSN . Love it.
deepbluedevil Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Jimmy Armfield on 5live More insightful than any TV pundit IMO
CosbehFox Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Jimmy Armfield on 5liveMore insightful than any TV pundit IMO Agreed and actually a guy who had a career worthy of the word 'expert'.
Budweiser Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Always high/drunk on SSN . Love it. I think you were looking for the word 'thick'?
Bert Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Merson is quality. The bloke can't even read! The soccer Saturday panel are all great, but I'm gonna have to go for Hansen. He's been there and done everything, and knows what he's talking about, says it how it is, and that's the way it should be!
StanSP Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 I think you were looking for the word 'thick'? Well being high or drunk can make you thick right ?
Budweiser Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Well being high or drunk can make you thick right ? But he's just naturally thick.
Alexikokopops Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Paul Merson is brilliant for comedy value. Hate the man. Told me I had a big head. Fuck you Merson.
lildave3 Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Seeing as I love Sky, Andy Gray and Jamie Redknapp. Quality.
Father Ted Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Hansen knows his stuff. Claridge is quality and also think that Le Tissier and Merson are good too. Don't like Phil Thompson the scouser though.
Edmund Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 I've always had a soft spot for that guy off radio five live with the extravagant over exaggerated David Attenborough style commentary.
lavrentis Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Hes not my favourite but I do like a pundit that gets a lot of unnecessary stick, Andy Townsend . Hes not wrong in what he says most of the time. Big fan of his colleague as well Sir Robbie Earle.
Sparky Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Andy Gray for me , Jason Cundy speaks a lot of sense also
dandannieldanok Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Pat Nevin and Craig Levein, BBC Scotland's punditry dream team.
Joe. Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Martin O'Neill when he does make an appearance. He'll say exactly what he thinks.
Tommeh Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 All the Soccer Saturday lot. Only thing I like about Sky, Stelling, Merson, Le Tiss, Charlie Nicholas even Thompson their all quality. Apart from them Hanson's the main one for me, rarely disagree with what he has to say.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Terry Gibson on La Liga. Absolutely hilarious. "Weww Kevin, thassa byootifuww goaww fwom Affletico Madrid an' Raaaathing Santandaaaair 'av a lot tuh doo 'ere"
Flynny Posted 4 September 2009 Posted 4 September 2009 Chris Kamara because he saved us from relegation.
