Just wondering if it was as big a disabled fest as every one suspected?

i didn't make it to the game today or listen to the radio so have no idea

So, so, Was probably the best we've been at Cov, Not much better but it was ok, My opinion may have been swayed by the fact I was at the back standing and there was more atmosphere up the top where as in the past i've been much lower down in the stand.

Really not as bad as before in all fairness, I did have a couple of boring old twunts sat near me who seemed to delight in every misplaced pass but the ****** were at a minimum so far as I could see. It certainly wasn't MK Dons bad as I thought it would be.

I've no past experience of Coventry away, so had nothing to compare it to, but I thought the atmosphere was okay, I've heard worse from our fans before.

Was that your brother? :o

I really enjoyed the game, I don't think there was a better side. Both sides were matched. I reckon we need a new striker as found all our strikers slow.

I can only say yes. Why? Did you not spot the family resemblance?

I would never have guessed it to be honest. :)

Stood for the full 90 minutes.

The Cov fans near the scoreboard were very loud.

Good atmosphere, fair result, best away atmosphere out of the Preston/Sheff Utd/Watford/Cov i think.

And the stadium is quite nice i thought, a bit more enclosed than the Walkers, even though it looks bigger from the outside, or maybe i was seeing things :P

First game was it?

I was on Row EE and it was the first row standing in block 9 anyway. Even on crutches I'm glad that I could still stand and there;s been worst atmospheres....

I thought Middlesbrough had a better atmosphere personally ........

lol

Not trying to make myself look a willy puller here but the Wednesday end at Derby was half the numbers yet twice as good and all stood.

Some people on here really have no idea of what is good support.

....Oh and has anyone given maddog a medal for standing yet? Bravo son, Bravo.

I'm actually pleased because my bro looks like my mother's side of the family, whereas I look like my dad's!!

We stood all game, atmosphere was pretty good near us, with the exception of a couple of idiots who moaned constantly throughout - but then standing and singing makes you a better fan of course

It's called being a football supporter for a reason

In my opinion sitting on your arse and doing nothing all game isn't really supporting....

and those people really do nothing at all for the football match, and might as well be at home watching Soccer Saturday.

Not disputing that chum, it's just these people who think that if you don't stand up and sing the whole game then you are inferior in some way that bug me.

Oh and for the record I do stand up and sing wherever possible but I don't look down on people who for some reason can't.

But perhaps that attitude comes about as a result of frustration and not a superiority complex? At present the club (in fact most football clubs in general) only seem to be happy to accomodate one type of fan (i.e. those who wish to sit down).

When there are two conflicting types of fan and only one is ever catered for there's bound to be resentment.
