[/quo If you go to buy tickets online, log in, then look at your account history tab at the top of the page. If it says you have bought forest tickets, then it has been processed. I sent an email and have just checked and it says it has been processed. Long winded I know but it works

Brought an adult ticket in the end Didn't want to risk them not giving me a ticket at all because they were asking people infront of me whether the people on the season tickets were the people going. Could maybe have got away with it though.

There wasn't a big que when we got there at about 10 to 10 and it got shorter before we were done i was quite surprised by it.

When I try to go to 'Booking History' it always says "unknown error occurred". It's been like that for months and is really annoying. Anyone else have this problem?
