I wouldn't imagine it'll be too much of an issue mate. They had their biggest one yet up in here in Leeds a few week back. It consisted of a bunch of chubby, middle-aged right said fred lookalikes singing England songs whilst completely kettled by plod and bunch of badly dressed students waving placards and incoherently trying to get some anti-facist chants going whilst completely kettled by plod. Frail, old grannies were going about their Saturday shopping 20 yards away without any bother. I think 4000 Leicester will probably be alright.
