syston_fox Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Think we're row Q for this if I remember right. Should be a good laugh anyway so long as Jodie controls herself to some degree
Shrenchel Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Got My Ticket .. Not Beeen Forest before , Is Ther usually a lot of trouble ? and what is the away end like ? Yeah, loads. Come tooled up and wrapped in bubble-wrap.
RedHux Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Got My Ticket .. Not Beeen Forest before , Is Ther usually a lot of trouble ? and what is the away end like ? There may be trouble but who knows. I'm guessing you've got section of "support" that like that sort of thing. We have, but hopefully they'll both be surrounded by police so there's no outbreak of idiocy. Probably best to keep a relatively low profile if you're in small numbers though. The away end looks like this: It's the other end lower bit with nffc written on it. Above you will be first a net, then forest support. To your left is Ablock which is where our..er..more feisty support is and above you and to the right is VC corner where there will also a certain amount "banter". There's usually quite a bit of mixing before you go in and hopefully it'll all be just dandy and lovely day out for all (scoreline excepted of course )
Katy Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Train from Grantham + No colours = Freedom of Nottingham town (possibly)
thybluefox Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Ahhhhfor****sake! I really can't decide the best way up there. I've been chatting to a mate who said parking is basically a no go within a few miles of the ground, so train? But a lot of you are saying its rubbish with the police, surely its the safest place to be though Some advice from more weathered away fans would be good
Tommeh Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Got My Ticket .. Not Beeen Forest before , Is Ther usually a lot of trouble ? and what is the away end like ? Basically you turn up, go where the police tell you, stand, sing and wear a black jacket. That is Forest away. Praying Cee man has our tickets sorted.

john_lcfc Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Im pretty sure most will stand for this. We might have a pocket in the middle who sit, but it will be buzzing.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Just hope that because we are all hyped for this, we don't assume that s****horpe will be a walk in the park.

Here's hoping.
RedHux Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 i'm driving there rather than getting coach or train. am i likely to end up getting killed making my way to the ground? Shouldn't think so. There was a reasonable amount of mingling when we played Dirby, with sheepy fans walking amongst us, and whilst they got a bit of stick walking past Amicis it was mostly harmless bantering. I'd advise perhaps a coat or something to hide colours though. No point in making life hard for yourself. Also, if you get there reasonably early and hide any Leicester stuff in your car you might be able to park in west bridgford. Approaching the ground from the A60 you just turn right immediately after the cricket ground and then right again and into a warren of domestic roads. Usually busy but the easiest place to park.
leicesterseddon Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 i'm driving there rather than getting coach or train. am i likely to end up getting killed making my way to the ground? No...because it's not 1973. Unless you're looking for it, you're not going to get in any bother. On another note...2-1...I can feel it coming
