boo Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 I can think of a couple. 1) Paulo Sousa = Proving you can build an "attractive footballing side" with little money but still be up there. 2) Billy Davies = Has the knack to revitalize a club's and create a "classy quality team", for not that much money.
Daggers Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Dev Alahan: not only would he raise attendance figures by bringing in more ethnic minorities but his shop-running skills are highly transferable and would reap dividends in the transfer market.

Billy Davies has spent about £8m this season And Swansea aren't significantly better than us.
Legend_in_blue Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Are we going through a phase of nonsense topic threads for the next couple of days then?
Guest Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Are we going through a phase of nonsense topic threads for the next couple of days then? Absolutely, we always get pinhead topics after we lose cos it's the end of the world don't you know
Lets Be having You Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Are we going through a phase of nonsense topic threads for the next couple of days then? Ya people have very very short memorys, this guy is one of the top managers in the counrty, just get real
GLC Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Managers I Would Take Above Pearson None! Pearson is a great manager. FACT!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 I can think of cars I'd rather have than my Astra. Actually, I'm lying
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Are we going through a phase of nonsense topic threads for the next couple of days then? This. Even though I am still pissed ooff that we lost and with the team selection, we are still 7th with a couple of games in hand so we can still go 4th. After the good season so far I'd be annoyed if we didnt make the playoffs but we all have to remember that we have only just been promoted and where we are is excellent. I'm sure most people on here at the start of the season said the would be happy to come around 12-15th so it just shows how expectations can change with a small amount of success. I think that we definitely need to score more goals though and I hope NP can change this.

Swansea have scored 22 goals this season and they played 4-5-1 against us! This is a joke right?
jonthefox Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 i hope np doesnt read these...he`ll get all mardy like.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 None, this thread is shit, and from the type of person who will slate Pearson if he ends up fvcking off somewhere else, where the fans might start to treat him better. Anyone who would take another manager over Pearson at this current moment is a short-memory, inconsiderate, ungreatful cvnt. Granted I bit, but I needed to get that off my chest anyway. Facking nora
Tilley Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Only one man I'd take over Pearson and that is Brian Laws.
MC Prussian Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Boo, if you want to wind people up in a reasonable way, you've got to try harder next time.
