Well you dont think DJ improves Blackpool team, which means you must have the football knowledge of a newt

Who cares whether he improves the Blackpool team or not, he doesn't improve our team and that's why he's been loaned out. You must have the football knowledge of a newt if you think DJ Campbell going to Blackpool is suddenly going to change both teams' outlook on the play-offs. If you're that desperate to study how well DJ is doing then let's look at the cold hard facts; 1 game, 1 defeat.

yes i saw the game he played as part of 3 up front, had a good game. Blackpool played well, playing against WBA.

Lets see maybe you will understand my point when we are 1 point behind them in 7th come May

(my point proven as he went straight in there team on Weds)

3-2 v West Brom we couldnt score 2 against Brom West.

I dont rate him just like i dont rate King, who you probably think is on his way to Villa to become the new David Platt

I'm still waiting for the day you turn around and go "Yeah, lol, I know he's shit. I just can't resist a wind up."

I genuinely feel baffled by seemingly intelligent people that think he's a good footballer. I'm not ignorant, I'm not stupid, I'm not missing any subtle complexities in his game. You can twist your statistic however you want to desperately make him look better. The fact of the matter is - he's god awful.

The thing is, its not as if Blackpool are having a bad season and are not in the mix up is it?

They are playing very well already and rightly up in around the play offs.

People moan that we aren't spending, but if Campbells wages are as high as believed we need to get rid of the dogshite DJ.

Having an opinion is a wonderful thing and I'm not a wind up I'm deadly serious.

At the end of the day goals are goals and DJ scores goals. He may be not as technically gifted as say your favorite "Gallgher" but he offers us a hell of a lot more. I don't care that he's been playing out of position that's not the argument. You only have to read the countless threads to realise that people are starting to feel the same way and are bewildered as to why Gallagher was ever signed yet a striker which offers us something we don't have (pace) is tossed aside when the side is crying out for a player with his attributes. Yet you still bum Gallaher because you believe your right. Maybe were both just as stubborn as one another. :thumbup:

Obviously this isn't football manager and there's more to it than meets the eye and either Nigel doesn't rate him, wages issue or plain stubbornness from both parties has led to him being frozen out. I've accepted that he wont play for us again but I'm still allowed to have an opinion on the matter.

Anyway my opinion is my opinion only and just because you disagree doesn't mean either of us are right or wrong.

And I don't need to twist any statistics, the goals speak for themselves but it does make me laugh that people have to ridicule me or the player in response to any poster who dares show some confidence in DJ. :thumbup:

I don't bum Gallagher at all. I think he's better than DJ simply because he gives the ball away far less and I want us to play passing, decent football which Gallagher can do. He's also considerably more versatile given he can play across the midfield while Dudley's ultimately just a forward.

I'd much, much rather have proper wingers and I'd much rather have better forwards than both of them but at least Gally can actually play the game.

I'd rather worry about what we are or are not doing. And Dudley didn't dramatically improve our goals to game ratio.

Seriously... they are in free-fall back to where they belong now and they won't be anywhere near the play-offs come the end of the season.

They've won once in 2010 so far and picked up just 7 points from 27 available since the new year came in.

Can't we just terminate his contract without paying compensation... there must be a way out of it after he openly said he doesn't want to play for us ever again...
