Guest Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 For once, I am thanking the Tiggers. Sunday/Wednesday would be ideal, if we finish 5th or 6th.
PAULCFC Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 At least we definitely know it will be Sunday now. With Cardiffs 3 point lead + goal difference and their final 2 games against Derby and Sheff Wed theres very little chance of 4th now even if we win our last two. I assume our second leg will be on Wednesday then if we play the first Sunday This is the thing!I hope NP would be making our lot look at going for fourth, neither of the matches for Cardiff are nailed on wins.Especially Shef weds on the last day!!I think we'll end up playing Cardiff in the semi's,just depends which way round Cardiff on saturday for me ,which means i can get there!
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 why does everyone think we will play Cardiff ? .. I want the second leg at the Walkers.
atw88 Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 why does everyone think we will play Cardiff ? .. I want the second leg at the Walkers. Because there is no way on fooking Earth we're going to lose to Sheffield Wednesday at home tomorrow.
Maybes Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 Because there is no way on fooking Earth we're going to lose to Sheffield Wednesday at home tomorrow. I hope you do. Wednesday are not a club I want to see disappear from this division. Big club with big support.
Craig Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 Because there is no way on fooking Earth we're going to lose to Sheffield Wednesday at home tomorrow. , ok.
leftsideoverhere Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 For once, I am thanking the Tiggers. Sunday/Wednesday would be ideal, if we finish 5th or 6th. This. Sorry, everyone, for being selfish, but the Saturday is a pain for me, and either Friday or Sunday would be much, much better (i.e. possible).
Bluefoxtim Posted 24 April 2010 Posted 24 April 2010 Got the Hinckley Half Marathon scheduled for that Sunday Any idea when kick off would be? If the other game remains on the Sunday at 1.15pm... I assume Sky would want us on later, say 5.30? Atlhough, are games allowed to be played that late on Sundays?

richie8oy Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 Hi All, As we all look forward to getting back to where we belong, I have a question around tickets for the semis that I hope one of you might be able to answer for me. At the end of last season when we got promoted back to the championship, I accepted a job down in the South West and was unable to renew my season ticket (how bad do you think i feel now!) all the lads i went with still have there's however, now ive read that its this years and next years ST holders who have priority for semi tickets which i absolutely agree with, are they entitled to one ticket per season ticket of can they purchase more than one when they go on sale? Apologies if this has already been asked guys and Thanks! Up The City!!!

Apologies if this has already been asked guys and Thanks! Up The City!!! It's one per ticket. I had this problem a few weeks ago when we played Derby. Mrs C wanted a ticket, I could get one for myself, had to wait for general sale for her. So I missed out completely. Won't be making that mistake in a couple of weeks! Sod her!

Then members, then general sale. You should be fine getting one.

You should be fine getting one. You missed out people that kept their stubs for the last three games at home. it goes like: current season ticket holders and new ones for next season. Then members. People that kept their stubs for the last three games at home. Then finally, general sale. I'd be fairly confident in you getting one though,

Ford Super Sunday Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 Just reading Cardiff City's website ticket details, it makes for interesting reading. If they get to Wembleh, then each season ticket holder will be entitiled to ONE ticket, and those who have renewed for next season will be entitled to an ADDITIONAL ticket. We'll probably not do that, with I would think having more season ticket holders, but it is an interesting way of allocation.

So in effect ST holders would have the chance of two tickets in the majority of cases, interesting but not very fair on those that cant' afford or justify tickets but go to many home and away games. With around 14k ST holders that could use upto the best part of 25k worth of tickets. Unless I've misunderstood
leicesterseddon Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 Any bets on prices for the home leg? My guess is that they'll price it as a 'Platinum' game, which is probably about right tbh.
Leicester Rule! Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 The Semi is likely to be against Cardiff, away on a Wednesday night... Just wondering whether the tickets for this will sell out before General Sale, I presume so?
Guest Mee-9 Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 I'd think they'll sell out before general. The idea of it being at night might put a few people off. I'll be going down early on ST day to secure tickets
Leicester Rule! Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 I should get a ticket from a ST, but my mates were wondering
Karljohn Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 Would we get 10% from Cardiff - so around 2,600? can't see members card holders getting a look in, unless we win the 1st leg by a huge margin.
Maybes Posted 25 April 2010 Posted 25 April 2010 I hope the away leg selling arrangements are being kept the same as they have been for all aways this season. In Nottingham that day so touch and go whether I'll make kick off. £35 for a one way ticket with a rail card aswell. Stink.
