  1. 1. What do you prefer to wear at football?

    • The latest replica shirt, even if I have to put it over a hoodie in the winter to show my colours

The culture of wearing orange..mmmm ok.

Maybe you think before you generalise.

Seriously are you trolling me? :D

At the end of the day you can either take your facts from a single fans comment from a blog or you can take the advice from someone who knows what he's talking about

Whilst I dont really like or associate with fans who wear club merchandise/colours, I'm not offended by them and enjoy my day alongside them. Many of them contribute to the atmosphere. Its the older ****** who sit down and shut up who ruin some away games that piss me off.

On a seperate note anyone over 16 who paints their face blue for a match is just an embarrassment. Discuss!

Ha, I did that at the Carling Cup Final against those Spurs scummers. I only did it cos these 2 blondes offered to paint me face and I was slightly drunk but I regretted it 5 minutes later. I'm sure I was just over 20 at the time aswell !

Will be tempted to do that for Preston away should we already be guaranteed the play-offs though! Otherwise it'll be the usual funeral garb...

I normally don a scarf at AFL, league and A-league games as it's easy to ditch after the game when u go out that night. Only time I'll wear proper colours is at the world cup to show my support for my nation.

replica shirt and jeans - sometimes a jumper.

Replica shirt varies depending on whats in the wash and whats first to hand in the shirt draw - sometimes city shirt, sometimes scotland shirt. At the start of the season i was using a ireland rugby top.

Where do i get replica jeans?? ;)

Seriously, i had no idea of the increase in rules for attending the football...

sit/stand

shirt/no shirt

paint/no paint

sing/dont sing

L1/cop/stands

flares/no flares

pissed/ not pisssed

curry/meat pie

wave/ no wave

Just who is in charge of all these rules?...

That was one example and I stated that on the blogs after the WC banned some fans it was full of dutch fans only too happy about it.

Another one for specsavers. :crylaugh:

It wasnt a single fan comment from the blog. Jeeez. That comment came from the football ground forum (as I stated), there were plenty more comments on the world cup blogs.

But ok, all dutch fans love the clowns who dress up in orange.

Isn't this the yank team you support and whose fans you claim are so much better than English fans?! You seem pretty confused mate.

Yes it is, did I say they were better than english fans, nah? I said it can be better and more constant than some english fans.

You seem pretty confused.

I'm sure I wont be able to find crap chants on youtube from english fans.. :crylaugh:

Well done. :frusty:

I wasn't talking about the chant. I thought fans that dress up in orange were 'clowns' but when 15,000 yanks do it...oh nevermind.

As I stated before unfortunately replica shirts are very popular over here, not my 'cup of tea' but there ya go.
