At the start of the season i didnt expect us to finish where we did. and to do so well in the play offs. You just cant fault the players for the effort they put in. im gutted at the ending of the season, but i am sure you are too. Best regards, MPH ps. Good luck to the loanees going back to their clubs as well. They have been immense for us. Will miss them.

I know it's inevitable Kermorgant will get slated - but I hope the more refined among us don't decide to get on his back. Silly thing to do, but in my opinion he's shown what he can do I want him here next season. I hope the staff and players feel likewise. As for Waggy - chin up son you've been brilliant all season. Just a shame we couldn't take you to Wembley
Corky Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 The man looked absolutely gutted, tired and stressed out after that, but he's done a phenomenal job over the last two years. I hope he signs a new deal and we can go again next year.

I'm also immensely proud of the club. Yeah ok we didn't get into the playoff final, and the way we crashed out is gutting, BUT, when you compare it to this time 2 years ago, it feels like a different club. One that oozes pride, both the fans and the team. Simply epic. Forever blue blooded (just like Waggy )

With the squad we have then we can quite easily go on and do it all again next season. We are not like many other teams that are relying on old has beens just to get them to the prem, to then come crashing back down. Nigel has built something special here! he has taken gambles aka relying on waggie to fit fryatts boots that have come off , some that haven't gone so well ala some weird tactics from time to time, but whatever has happened the achievement him and everyone at the club have made this season is nothing short of brilliant! Cant wait till next season! Bring it on! Never has the words "i get knocked down i get up again your never gonna keep me down" been so true!
