Not sure mate, just a quick search in google Just wanted something new as a sig EDIT: It was from the 1949 FA Cup Final against Wolves.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Block T Row 35. chance of standing? About 15 rows from the back, It should stand
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 About 15 rows from the back, It should stand Don't think I'll be bothering with my Row 24 then - straight to the back for me.
IOWFOX Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Just got my ticket sorted, didnt ask what row because at this late stage it's probably shit. Just going to head for the back, should be fine, stewards ok at palace?
kylestyle06 Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Well last season I was middway down, and was asked to sit! Quickly moved to the back, and luckily people didn't mind having more on the row than they should have.
Dan Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Row 45 definately standing Jammy cvnt <_< Well last season I was middway down, and was asked to sit! Quickly moved to the back, and luckily people didn't mind having more on the row than they should have. You'll generally find with people at the back their happy to squash a bit more if it means another fan can stand with them, I certainly am anyway.
Ric Flair Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Where's the designated boozer for this then? The fooking jubilee line is down on saturday so it means more hassle for me to get in to the mixer, but if anyone's up for a skinfull then let me know. Head Honcho, you down for this son?
JimmyB Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Any one know if this has sold out yet? Got my ticket this morning and was told there were about 200 left.

I was planning on parking at Stanmore for the match and had no idea that the line was closed on Saturday so cheers for the headsup Ric. Thinking about it, parking at Cockfosters seems a better idea as I'm heading to Leicester Square pre-match.

High Barnet's a decent shout as would be the Finchley stops.

Just explain your situation to the stewards and they should help you out.

Thanks for the heads up Ric, I was planning on driving to Stanmore, but will probably got to Cockfosters now A bit of a random option, but very close to Stanmore is Harrow and Wealdstone train station (10 minute drive). If you're not going into central London you can hop on a train from there that goes direct to Thornton Heath. It's 52 minutes, so it'll be quicker than going through the centre and from Victoria or London Bridge. The downside is that it's only once and hour (0959, 1059, 1159 etc.) and the train back is also once an hour (1716, 1816, 1916 etc.). It's also on the Bakerloo line, so you can always hop on the tube if you do miss the train. It's another option, although I've no idea what parking's like around there so it's a gamble.

This is where me and my mates are heading, we go from here for England games, there is parking next to station which is about a fiver for the day. We will more than likely be on the 11:59 so if anyone takes this option we may well see some fellow Leicester there. For the record we are Block R and row fecking 15 so if your behind us your standing

Cheers for the info mate. I'm pretty sure we'll be using the Cockfosters tube station due to the fact that we're heading to Leicester Square pre-match. I'm shocked to hear of your non-attendance for this match, it won't quite be the same without hearing your rendition of '12 days of Ormandroyd'.
