Simo86 Posted 3 August 2010 Posted 3 August 2010 we got a good bargin here http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/moreno/profil/spieler_13147.html His agent looks after Ronaldo Does that mean he's going to be good then?
Asha Posted 3 August 2010 Posted 3 August 2010 Bit about Moreno here at the bottom, although the main article is about Lamey. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11712_6292998,00.html
Ozwin Posted 3 August 2010 Posted 3 August 2010 Glad Sousa's targetting that position in the transfer window, was beginning to get a bit worried he was happy with Nielson.

Vitoria Guimaraes central-defender Moreano is all set to play his trade with Leicester City instead. The 28-year-old stopper was rumored to be moving to the KC Stadium, but now is all set to join The Foxes and the now former Guimaraes man does admit that newly appointed manager Paulo Sousa was key to his decision. "Yes, everything is upon between the two clubs," attested Moreno to Maisfutebol. 'All that remains are the medical exams and, afterwards, sign for Leicester City." "He (Paulo Sousa) has already spoken with me, he has known me for awhile. He convinced me to go to England. It was fundamental to speak with him." Moreno becomes Leicester's third Portuguese signing, after Miguel Vitor joined from Benfica on loan earlier this summer and, of course, manager Paulo Sousa. by Marco Pereira
Lovejoy Posted 4 August 2010 Posted 4 August 2010 Another Portugese defender...How about an exciting Portugese winger Paolo? Marco Ferreira ?
Stevosevic Posted 4 August 2010 Posted 4 August 2010 Looks like we can assume that this guy will be with us next season. Leaving us with four central midfielders - King, Wellens, Oakley, Moreno, I wouldn't expect anymore signings for the middle of the park.
Guest Bilo Posted 4 August 2010 Posted 4 August 2010 All set for Hull but Sousa made him want to come here. Why do I get the feeling that this is going to be a common theme with Portuguese signings?
Criggers Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Apparently signed on 2 year contract and could even feature on Saturday.
Criggers Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Sorry there's no edit option when im on mobile but this is in merc, £330k fee 2 year deal. Defensive midfielder was a target for Fulham when hodgson was there. Same article says still interested in lamey as well.

Simo86 Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 our is it Neilson ? It looks like Andy King with Robbie Neilson behind him
Fox You Forest Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 It looks like Andy King with Robbie Neilson behind him It's the new right back, some sort of genetically modified footballer, so that's what the sports science team do. They've taken all the best attributes from both players and merged them, so Robbie's throw and the rest belong to King.

poopbutt Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 yeah his throw is standard...makes me laugh when people say shit like that.
Fox You Forest Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 yeah his throw is standard...makes me laugh when people say shit like that. Yes, because my post was deadly serious, did I actually say he had a good throw? I don't believe I did.
Wymsey Posted 5 August 2010 Posted 5 August 2010 Has he got pace this Moreno guy? Neilson and Morrison were both slow and got caught out a lot quite a lot when not playing their best.

Even if he has I'm sure we can bring him down to our level before too long. With any luck this means Oakley will never play again.
