Why is it that Hobbs can have an 'off day' yet Morrison is 'out of his depth'? Nonsense. Morrison proved last year he can hack it at this level, even at his unpreferred position at right back.

Other than Howard (who rarely started last season) and Wellens there were bugger all other options.

So i'm supposed to lie that we had a strong team? 2 big players i'd say in Howard and Wellens and it has nothing to do with predicting what players today. We've had time to bring players in for cover on loan so i don't see how anybody couldn't call that team 'disappointing' like i said compared to the team we had at the back end of last season or even this time last year.

The only things I would look at if I was Sousa is how much the defence have changed in a short space of time - going from one of the most reliable, and stablest around to slightly panicky.
Mee Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 Just on the bus back from the game. Poor first half, I think that's all I can say. Second half wad completely different. Spirited performance by the lads. Both were decent goals. Good cross by neilson. Brilliant atmosphere second half, enjoyed it.

Much better in the second half, we were the better side over all And we hit the woodwork three times so not too worried about the result, it's only the first game.good support and singing in second half.
