FrankieADZ Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Should have won but we didnt have the luck Do we have an Attacking coach at the club?
STUHILL Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 King won't get dropped again anytime soon, Morro should cement his place ahead of Moreno, DNG no longer the chosen one. These are good signs that PS is learning. Totally agree. I think Sousa has made some very positive decisions today. The line-up was spot on in my opinion and he wasn't influenced by playing his own signings. Start with same team. Fryatt needs to have a few starts to prove himself but after that, he can have no complaints if he doesn't perform. Team were great today but most my credit goes to Sousa
Wilkesy Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 After listening to the match and looking at the stats i firmly believe that if we play like that every week and keep creating those chances then the goals will come. Im happy with Sousa's style of play and believe that we can match anyone in this league on our day. Onwards and upwards. Bring on Cardiff on tuesday!
Lillehamring Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 seriously. when and where did the they announce this would be an early kick off? another wasted chunk of my financial commitment to foxes player.
STUHILL Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Qpr are above Cardiff. I know, I still think Cardiff are by far the strongest team in this league. QPR have some top players like that Tarabt but we can beat em!!
The Doctor Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 jeezzuss. The texters on RL - what do they get out of the football? Negative as fook.
foxoffderby Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I really hope Sousa learns now that Andy king is our main man, and should be the first name on the team sheet alongside Jack Hobbs everyweek. The honeymoon period is well and truley over its time we started winning games no more excuses Mr Sousa.
ousefox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Sounded like we played well and didn't get what we deserved AGAIN. Could go bottom after todays results
Dylan Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Think we need AT LEAST 6 points from our next 3 now imo. Get off the foot of the table. Its still early yes, but don't want to be chasing throughout the season. Need some results now, instead of just a performance like today. Got to be same starting line-up I think.
phillthefox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 a fantastic performance from the boys today and as so far this season so unlucky, need to turn these chances into goals and we will be a force.... think if we play like this against cardiff and QPR we will have some positive results.... get off sousas back you know who you are !!!!!!! give the man a chance a fantastic performance from the boys today and as so far this season so unlucky, need to turn these chances into goals and we will be a force.... think if we play like this against cardiff and QPR we will have some positive results.... get off sousas back you know who you are !!!!!!! give the man a chance
ousefox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I'd like to hear how Neilson performed as well if anybody can enlighten me?

ScouseFox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I'd like to hear how Neilson performed as well if anybody can enlighten me? Birch gave him joint MOTM with King, and he sounded like he didn't do alot wrong, and got forward more than usual. Will wait for people to get back from the game to see what they think though.

FrankieADZ Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Just hope we dont muck about with the team to much for the Cardiff game, I'd let the same lads who started, have another go. Just hoping we lift this voodoo curse we have on us atm

Narborough_fox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Doubled our points tally and over the week we can treble it, come on city.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 jeezzuss. The texters on RL - what do they get out of the football? Negative as fook. To be fair 2 points from 5 games is not what you would call impressive. 10 points + to make up on the leaders already. Hardly inspiring. We did this playing teams off the park a couple of seasons ago ie Bristol City and didn't win. What happened at the end of that season. Of course we were too good to go down then as well......

Of course we were too good to go down then as well...... but for two wrongly disallowed goals and (according to RL) we'd be on 7 points and outside the play-offs by a point. Basically but for bad luck/incompetent refereeing (take your pick), we'd be right up there.

Ok then Mr.Positive I'd be more concerned if we waste creating the chances to at Least have the chance to score from b....b....b....but we are:o

I'm sure if you go through match threads from that season you'd find a number of wrongly disallowed goals for us or goals that shouldn't of been against us
Matt Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 King saves the day again. 1-1 Disappointed we really should have won but it's the same old problem at Leicester we cannot score in a brothel, well we need a good few chances before we score 1 i'd like to see the shots to goals ratio. I don't give a fook about the pretty football bullshit, I want my team to win, if we win and play pretty great i'm very happy but first and foremost I want too see win's, Win's are my priority get us winning then start looking to play pretty football. We need goals! 1-0 down though considering we struggle to score i'd have snapped your hand off for 1-1 at H/tT, If only we could make the most of our corners, chances, and shots. Sousa lives another day I said after the Reading game for me i'd give him another 2 games if nothing changed and i'd be very disappointed, He then has another 5 games before I start wanting him out if things still havn't changed, That's fair and quite abit of patiences I reckon, This still stands and i'm still undecided on Sousa.

Basically but for bad luck/incompetent refereeing (take your pick), we'd be right up there. Sounds like a few seasons ago too. If PS tells everyone to chill out and have a sandwich I fear de-ja-vu may be happening. Ifs buts and maybes mean nothing. We are where we are through bad defending and unless we improve dramatically we will get torn a new arsehole by Cardiff and QPR next week. Cov had one chance and scored. Worrying.

I remember plenty of wrongly disallowed goals for us and wrongly allowed goals against us without wading through the misery of the threads from that season.
