No, I think that was his twin brother Colin.

Thats why they look so similar! Silly me!

Meh, that doesn't mean anything. Richie Wellens has scored 3 goals from 3 shots on target since he's been at Leicester. He's still gash at shooting.

QPR fans.

The same every year. They start like a train, their fans kid themselves that they've become Barcelona crossed with Brazil 1970, the inevitable form wobbles leads to the manager getting sacked and then they all whine like little bitches when they stagger home in mid-table. In terms of ego, these jokers are well up there.

Taarabt chips a keeper every five minutes?

Mackie is the best striker in the Championship?

Laughable.

In all seriousness, this is going to be a tough game. Real Park Rangers are playing some good stuff at the moment and momentum isn't hard to continue with once it's on your side. They absolutely molested Ipswich in midweek and can be devastating on form. Also, Leon Clarke always scores against us. Having said all that, they did have a stinker at Derby and without Ramage at the back, could be vulnerable to our attack. 2-1 was a result that flattered Cardiff in the end and we did seem to adapt well to Sousa's style at last, showing his regime is beginning to have the desired effect.

I'm going for 1-1 on Saturday, Taarabt for them and Waghorn for us.

This just shows how a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

1. Leon Clarke is not good enough to get in the team. He is a sub. Has not had a starting role yet.

2. Ramage was only a sub. Bradley Orr is our right back - we now have Kyle Walker on loan from Tottenham as replacement.

3. Mackie - 6 goals in 6 games. Best record in the division.

Try a little research!

I was just having a quick look at how you saw the game on Saturday going and as a Hoop I thought I'd add a more balanced view point.

I think most QPR fans would express surprise regarding our start to the season. When we signed Mackie I don't think anyone would have predicted he'd be the leagues top scorer all be it with only six games gone. I think most were hoping for a play off push this season. So the start we've made has been great. It's not just the results but the style of the football that's been most pleasing. Quite a few were worried that Warnock would be a long ball merchant (we suffered enough of that under Holloway) but the reality has been far from that.

Warnock has also improved the play of the players from last season. One in particular - Hogan Ephraim, has always looked lightweight with little end product and suddenly he's creating assist after assist and looking like a world beater. Another good example of the effect he's had can be seen in the marked improvement in Taarabt. Last season he was amazingly talented but hugely frustrating, never knowing when to lay off the ball. This season he's combining his skill with team play, and as you guys have mentioned this has made a huge difference. Taarabt if on form will certainly be the player who stands out.

It's been a long time for us with little to shout about so apologies if some of our fans are getting a little carried away. We certainly haven't bought the success on the pitch. As mentioned rich owners doesn't always translate into splashing the cash. The players that we have brought in have not been expensive. What Warnock has done though with his signings is to create a well balance team with players playing in their correct positions. He's also addressed some of the issues the fans have been moaning about for years (a lack of decent strikers and both left and right back positions).

The Foxes will be a stern test on Saturday. Sousa, as we know first hand, sets up his team to be hard to beat. During his time with us whilst we conceded relatively few we did find it hard to score. Looking at your results it looks like a similar situation (but again early days for him at Leicester). The Cardiff result may well kick start your season, although they did have their big name strikers all out.

All in all I think it's going to be a tough game for us, especially with one of our unsung heros of this and last season most likely out of the game (Faulin). Faulin has been instrumental for us and has a great range of passing and a stern tackler. I expect Buzsacky to come in for him. Buzsacky's a quality player but it takes a little of the steel our of our midfield.

Good luck for the rest of your season - sat being the exception of course.

1. Leon Clarke is a sub and has a record of scoring against us. So will probably score from the bench. Also, my 'prediction' was more of a statement of Sod's Law than an actual prediction.

2. Ramage's injury still leaves you short of options. Just as any injury to a first team player.

3. All that record shows you is that he has the best form in the league. He's a million miles away from being the best striker in the league with Bellamy, Chopra, Earnshaw, Fryatt, Iwelumo, Boyd and Billy Sharp playing at the same level.

You can come back.

Good read that.

Surprisingly confident for this one, after seeing Tuesday's showing, though I fear our lack of a razorsharp finish at the moment might mean we only draw.

If we win though I fully expect us to push on to a realistic promotion push.

Didn't QPR play like Brazil on the beeb last season in the 2nd half at Derby, win easily, then a few days later we beat them at their place and shattered their dreams :dunno:

It's true, in 18 League games after losing to Leicester QPR won just 2, losing 10, and drawing 6. Prior to the Leicester match they had won 4-0, 4-1 and 4-2.

It's fair to say our result at Loftus Road was a key contribution to destroying your season, prepare to have your hearts and minds broken again on Saturday :P

It will be deja vu for you guys.

I thought the last time QPR could be classed as decent was when Sir Les was in their team. Many years pass. What have they done of note since?

They will be this seasons big underachievers. Start of decent, expectations rise but then they end up running out of steam after Xmas. They are at the top to be shot at and they won't maintain this form.

Time to wind up Warnock. We all love winding up Warnock.

You lot are all dumb if you think leicester is gonna win on saturday. You only one your first game on tuesday with 2 goals without a clean sheet. Qpr have a solid team this year so if your going to the game on saturday, just keep an eye out on Mackie, Taraabt, Helguson, One of them is Guaranteed to score.

Prediction - 3-0 Qpr - Leicester

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRS

Oh and I forgot, You've already conceded 10 goals in total as opposed to qpr's 2. But by the end of saturday it'll probably be atleast 12. CHEERIO LADS C U THERE

PS. ANDY king is gonna have Derry and gorks to deal with getting double man marked, hes gonna have no space - and really who are leicester without andy king, a team who plays like SCUMthorpe

Why? have we left our t-shirt and fingerprints!? :crylaugh:

run and tell that.......Homeboy!

One clean sheet in 8 games in League and cup and the lack of goals from our strikers is still a little worrying for us.

Which is why when we win 3-0 on Saturday, with the goals shared between Waghorn and Fryatt it will be all the more sweeter :celebrate:

It's a totally different team Dumbo. Two or max Three players the same as last year.

Adel, Im on the same boat as you, long time r's fan and this years team is completely different, even the keeper for gods sake. Saturday is going to be ours and leicesters hardest game. I do reckon Warnock knows the risks against leicester but hopefully we come out on top. If this was a home game I would definately call it a win but as were away, could be a bit tricky. Fingers crossed we'll be singing - you mite as well go home, you mite aswell go home,

WOOOOOOSAH UUUURRRRRRRRRRSSSSSS

I thought you played quite well at our place, lack of creativity in front of goal was the key difference.

You'll come and attack, so it should be an open, and hopefully entertaining game.

Watch all the QPR glorys appear saturday.

Easily some of the worst fans ive ever seen at the Walkers (Them and Scunny probz). They usually bring about 1k. You watch saturday.

Great oppurtunity to sing 'Where were you when you were shit'.

Tinpot club. Rant Over.

Foxy Movers by sportinglife....

QPR appear to be cruising at the top of the Championship but they wouldn't be the first team to take a tumble on the back of a near-perfect performance and now they could be worth opposing for the trip to Leicester on Saturday.

The R's ran out comfortable 3-0 winners at Ipswich in midweek and few would doubt they have what it takes to win promotion under the expert guidance of Neil Warnock, but it's prices that dictate our involvement and a couple of layers seem to be writing off the Foxes a little too readily at 17/10.

It's been a frustrating start to the season for Paulo Sousa as he tries to get his own philosophy across to a new group of players at the Walkers but something clicked in the second half against Cardiff on Tuesday and Leicester will take some stopping if they recreate the same vibe against the Londoners.

The Portuguese coach has set his new team up in the same 4-2-3-1 system that served him so well for long periods at Swansea last term, but it's a formation that requires midfielders to be bold and adventurous from deep areas and this is what appears to have taken time to sink in.

However, wide man Andy King took greater responsibility to bag both goals in the second-half turnaround against the Bluebirds and we should expect to see the Foxes perform with much greater purpose on the back of that blueprint.

Ball retention will be key because Rangers are bang in form and full of confidence, but they struggled when we opposed them in similar circumstances at nearby Derby three weeks ago.

The early pacesetters denied us with a late double salvo to rescue a point at Pride Park on that occasion but we're confident Leicester possess greater resilience to see the job through if they get their noses in front.

How about we let the Football do the talking???

We are fully aware QPR are a good team, and at the moment you must be on top of the world! as were we just before the playoffs last season!

It will be a tough game but hopefully an enjoyable one! leave the boasting rights until after the final whistle....

SOUSA START THE WAVE.
